Zheleznovodsk: sights and sanatoriums

In the north of the Caucasian Mineral waters (ecological and resort region) is located the green resort of Zheleznovodsk. Its name was given to the city due to the reddish-rusty color of mineral waters. The development of the settlement began in the early 19th century. Examining the city of Zheleznovodsk, the sights can be supplemented with such an interesting place as Zheleznovodsky Park. It lies on the eastern side of Mount Zheleznaya.
