But, nevertheless, a little later it turned out that 20% of the shares of the company-owner now belong to Sergey Lyovochkin.

So, in 2015, Dmitry Firtash at the "First Channel" was bought 29% of the shares. The remaining 10% of the company "Pegas TV". Thus, Inter became an exclusively Ukrainian channel. That is, 100% of its shares belong to the companies of Firtash and Lyovochkin (majority and minority stakes).

By the way, according to Krasnyansky Boris, Managing Director of Group DF, it was already planned to buy shares of Inter from Russians. And it is not known how long this would last, if not for political pressure. Only due to this factor the transaction accelerated.

To date, Inter is a television channel independent. The owners plan to develop the channels of the group and increase the socio-political broadcasting - that is, to move forward.

About Dmitry Firtash
