The fruit's benefits in this regard have been repeatedly tested and proven by experience - they include natural antidepressants. And they also contribute to the increase in the number of red blood cells in the blood, which is very important for anemia.

The use of bananas for athletes

People who are constantly experiencing physical stress, need a catastrophic replenishment of potassium, iron and vitamins. Of course, you can do this by using all sorts of synthetic vitamins and nutritional supplements, but in kind any minerals are better absorbed and bring more benefits.

One of the sources of energy for athletes and other people leading an active life, are just bananas. They contain almost all the necessary vitamins, microelements, and thanks to carbohydrates they are an excellent source of energy.
