Who is comfortable with a free work schedule?
Not every one of us, due to personal characteristics, lifestyle or family circumstances, is suitable for employment in the state, in shifts or full-time. Many prefer a free work schedule, which allows you to give tasks as much time as we have in this particular period.
Representatives of creative professions - translators, photographers, journalists, musicians - can not always be successful managers.
The free schedule of work turns out that there are many orders today, tomorrow - forced simple. The day after tomorrow, the editor-in-chief or the head can refuse our services altogether. If our business is connected with other enterprises or firms, with the search for customers and buyers, then the main activity is still in working time. Not everyone is psychologically comfortable in the role of a wolf, whose legs are fed. And although the benefits of occupations that involve a free work schedule may outweigh the shortcomings, often this liberty turns out to be imaginary. We are, in one way or another, dependent on other people and on their plans.
It is not uncommon in our time and employment in several companies at once. Representatives of budget professions search for all possible ways of additional earnings. Young mothers and students try to find sources of income that would allow them to combine care for their home or school with work duties. But this type of employment is not suitable for everyone.
Young people who are tied up by their studies and depend on the schedule of employment are not easy to find a job. A free schedule is often the most important condition that enterprises do not always agree with. And although there are many options for home-based employment and part-time employment, none is universal.
