In the form of injections, according to the prescription of the doctor, 0.1 or 0.2 mg is administered (in severe cases, 0.4 or 0.5 mg) every other day, since vitamin B 12 has the property of accumulating in the body.

In the form of powder, it is poorly digested, so it is recommended to take with folic acid. Long-term administration together with potassium (as well as with corticosteroid hormones and neuroleptics) will lead to a course of vitamin treatment to zero.

Overdose is very dangerous: up to anaphylactic shock. Side effects are also unpleasant: dizziness, pain, allergy, tachycardia. Do not take risks without clear instructions from your doctor. However, this advice does not apply to the intake of vitamin in the biocomplex.
