What communication systems must necessarily be in a country house.

Nowadays a person is very used to a high level of comfort, therefore life in a country house in the absence of communication systems to a modern person is simply not possible. What kind of communication should be present in a comfortable country house? Before construction, it is necessary to think about such communications as: electricity supply, hot and cold water supply, sewerage, heating (if you are going to visit the house in winter) and ventilation.

If you do not figure out how to conduct all these communications, then the construction of your house can be delayed for a long time due to the constant need for redesign, which in turn will require new financial costs. The costs of acquiring and installing communications usually amount to approximately 15-20% of the cost of building a house. For this reason, it is necessary to carefully consider the design of all communication systems at the stage of developing a plan for your future cottage, which will ensure you a long and efficient work for a long period of time.

The house is supplied with electricity.

Lighting, the work of electrical appliances, without which a modern person can not comfortably exist, is all provided with electricity, so it is very important that the house has electricity. The electricity supply system includes:

• External connection to the electricity system via the shield or counter. The connection is of two types: working from a power station or a gasoline generator and working after connecting to posts standing on the street.

• Arrangement of cable and nodal points inside the house, plus the installation of bulbs, sockets (the place of output of wires), and the connection of a 1000 kW DGU from ZAO "Alternativa" in the event of a power outage.

Depending on what kind of walls your cottage will have, the way to wiring the power grid is chosen. If the house is wireframe, the electric network is carried out inside the walls. In houses made of brick or concrete, it is "hidden" under a layer of plaster. In houses of blocks do strobes. The wires can be drawn from the outside of the walls, masking them with a cable duct. Only after wiring the power grid can you plan lighting.

Water supply.

There are three ways to conduct a water pipe. First - connection to the central water supply. The second is well drilling. The third is to dig a well. If you want to connect to the central water supply, then first you need to get permission, and then you can start using it. With a well or a well is a little more difficult. You will also need permission at the beginning. However, you still need to install a pumping station and ensure its continuous operation, which will require additional financial costs. Only then can you use the system. Conduct water to the house using pipes made of metal (mainly copper) or pipes of chlorinated polyvinylchloride (CPVC). Plumbing is chosen on the basis of your own desires, but it is better to choose a plumber of the same type and manufacturer.

Heating.

Heating systems are of different types - electric, air water, stove heating.

Electric heating has only one minus. This disadvantage is its high cost.

However, it is water heating that is used most often to provide heat to country houses. If you are going to use this method, then you can save by combining the heating and water heating system. In this case, you will use one boiler for these two purposes.

Another way is a hidden floor or skirting wiring of heat pipes that connects to the battery through the collector. For such a system, polymer tubes are most often used, which are easy to assemble and stand out for their strength. This system is gaining increasing popularity among the owners of country cottages.

Sewerage.

This system includes two parts - internal and external. The internal one means draining the used water into a common sewage discharge, and the external conclusion of all this into the central sewerage or cesspool.

Ventilation.

The ventilation system can be of three types - active, passive and mixed. If the walls are decorated with materials that do not allow air to pass through, and high-quality double-glazed windows are on the windows, then the passive system will not work for you, therefore ventilation devices are simply necessary in your home.
