What data can be obtained with the help of the stand? First, determine with what frequency and under what pressure the fuel is fed into the cylinders. Secondly, how evenly this happens. Third, determine the frequency and angles of rotation of the injection pump shaft. We are talking about quantities that are so small that they are measured in fractions of the units that are customary for us. As already noted above, the computing unit processes the information and provides it in a form convenient for the person. Thus, the quality of diagnostics and repair increases.

To test the quality of the work performed, a test bench for the injection pump is used. Often the same stand is of a universal type - it can carry out both diagnostics and testing. Such a device is an obligatory tool for STO, aimed at providing high-quality services.

What conclusions can be drawn? The number of installed diesel engines for new cars in relation to gasoline is constantly growing. So, the demand for quality repair services will increase. Spending once on a good stand for testing universal fuel injection pump, you can significantly expand the volume and geography of the business. And this means, to increase the overall profitability of the business and attract new regular customers.
