Electrocardboard - A Selection of the Light Industry

Electroboard - the choice of light industry!

Electrical insulating cardboard (also known as presshead, high-voltage cardboard, electrical card, etc.) is the result of paper-cellulose production, which, rightly, can be called unique (more precisely - universal). What is its universality? The answer is not many. Narrowly specialized production has long been working with the same suppliers, all, so to speak, routinely dragging day after day. Few people cover this topic, but, probably, it would be worth it. So, going back to the electrocarton: this product is produced in various thicknesses, densities and with varied other parameters. This is done to ensure that this environmentally friendly material can be used wherever possible. In this article, we will talk about several applications, with the justification of those or other characteristics that have played a decisive role in the choice of material.

Most often this material is found in the garment and textile industry - so-called cardboard for patterns. From it, "rivet" patterns and stencils - those same products, which are demanded for increased wear resistance, because workers need tools that do not fall apart after a single application, and the specifics of this production, it, unfortunately, implies. In general, the EVTNP electro-cardboard (a kind of "EV") is used - the same, high-voltage electrical insulating, only in this case it is a cardboard for patterns . The thickness is chosen by the customer - from 0.5 to 3 mm. Looking for what is planned to use patterns. It is delivered, most often, in rolls of different formats, and, in the case of retail sales, and in sheets (the format of the sheets is negotiated with the supplier). The price of the issue is about 95 rubles.

Another sphere of application is furniture production. Cardboard for furniture in this case used thickened, compacted, the same brands - "EV", "EVTNP" (thickness varies from 2 to 3 mm). There is a fair question - where does he go? The answer is not as deep as it seems - on the manufacture of the backs and sides of armchairs and sofas, because wood and chipboard are not used everywhere. Furniture makers very often use electric cards in their business, this is a practice worked out over the years. About the order - the same conditions, because the cardboard brand is almost the same. Depending on the need, you can buy a lot in rolls, or sheets of various formats. It is worth noting that not all suppliers provide this product at retail, so sometimes it is difficult for suppliers to find this or that kind of card for furniture .

Well, at last, it is worthwhile to highlight one more method of using this material - for electrical insulation. In its structure, EV board is a good electrosolder, besides it is wear-resistant and resistant to high temperatures. "Cardboard for industrial use," nothing to say. It is used, for example, in transformers at operating temperatures of up to one hundred and five degrees, plus it also withstands oil filling and, strangely enough, high voltages, not for nothing that it is "high-voltage". Electrical insulating cardboard is in demand not only in light industry, but also in other industries where these qualities are necessary.

The electrocardboard is fairly fairly popular in the industry, but, due to lack of information, the search for suppliers is sometimes difficult. The problem for the supplier is "to find something, I do not know what", and Google to help :). But, who is looking for, that will always find, that's why the light industry gradually "crawls" into runet, more and more advertisements and offers appear, more and more new suppliers appear, winning customers who price policy (accordingly, low quality - as a rule), who Unique samples (more precisely - difficult to obtain), who both. It remains to make a choice, and to stay in place - sometimes just unprofitable.
