Today, a sort of selection with early-ripening fruits like "white filling" is quite often found in suburban areas. The apple tree was bred in the Baltic States and is included in the State Register of many Russian regions as one of the early leading varieties, except for the Far East, East Siberian and Ural regions. As an early-summer ripening variety, apple-tree "white pouring" is mainly of interest for horticultural farms located close to the city and industrial centers, as well as for cottages and public gardens.

Variety description

The tree has medium dimensions and a wide-pyramidal shape of the crown, which is gradually made round. The main branches with gray light bark. Fruiting is concentrated on the rings. Very tasty fruit has a sort of "white filling". Apple tree has shoots of medium fineness olive brown, quite pubescent. Lentils rare, white and elongated. Vegetative buds are flat, flattened, small and gray. The size of the leaves is medium, elliptical or ovoid, they are greenish-gray in color, almost matte, very pubescent - especially from the lower margin, undeveloped, folded in the middle shoot area, with tips raised upwards in the form of spoons. The petioles of leaflets are of medium length, at the base they are rather pale or not painted at all. In the nursery you can buy shoots of the variety "white filling": the apple tree gives high one-year-olds with a small number of lateral processes. The bark of shoots from the nursery is slightly shiny, light chestnut shade. Colon-shaped seedlings take root quite easily. Flowers are saucer-shaped, large, buds have a pink hue with white petals, a little with pink tint, with raised, oblong edges, overlapping or closed.

The apple tree has a medium-sized fruit, on the young trees larger, slightly flattened, conically-rounded, usually with superbly noticeable wide ribs. In the form of fruits there is a heterogeneity. Fruits have a color without blush, greenish-yellow color, in the period of removable maturity they are covered with a white coating. Subcutaneous numerous points whitish or greenish in large sizes. The flesh of the fruit is loose, white, coarse, tender, in its ripeness quite juicy, sweetish-acid taste with an excess of acid and a slight aroma. The flesh becomes powdery when overripe. Juices made from the "white filling" fruit have an increased content of catechin.
