Lovers of sweets certainly know firsthand about such a dessert as the Pie Smetannik. And the recipes for cooking this dish are a great many. Along with the classic "Smetannikom", there is a pie with berries, fruits, chocolate and even chicken. The main component of the dish is sour cream, which is why this delicacy was given such a name.

To make two small cheesecakes you will need: two tablespoons of vegetable oil, 200 ml of milk, an egg, dry yeast (1 tsp), salt and sugar (on a tablespoon), 300 gr of flour, soda. For the filling it will take 4 eggs, 100 grams of sugar and 500 g of sour cream.

Preparation

Pie "Smetannik" is baked as follows. In warm milk, add the yeast. Separately beat up the salt, sugar and egg. The resulting mass is mixed with milk. Add flour, vegetable oil and a little soda. The dough is thoroughly mixed and left for an hour in a warm place. Prepare the filling. We beat sugar and eggs, add sour cream. The dough is divided into two parts. After that, each of them is rolled into a pancake, with a diameter slightly larger than the baking dish. Due to this, cakes are formed on the baking sheet when placed on a baking tray. Pour the filling on the dough and slightly bend the sides. Bake cake "Smetannik" is recommended at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. The dish can be covered with foil on top. This will allow the filling better bake.

Cake "Smetannik"

To make it, you need 200 g of butter, 400 g of 20% sour cream, 2 eggs, 1.5 tbsp. Sugar, soda, slaked with vinegar, 2.5 glasses of flour, vanillin. As decoration, you can use chocolate. For the cream, you need 800 g 30% sour cream, 200 g sugar and vanillin. It takes 3-4 hours to create this culinary masterpiece.

So, how to cook a cake "Smetannik"? Knead the dough for the cakes. We beat the sugar and eggs with a mixer. To the resulting mixture, add butter (melted), vanillin and sour cream. Gradually, stirring the dough, we introduce soda, slaked with vinegar, and flour. The resulting mass is divided into 2 parts (one of them can be added 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa). Each of them is baked in the oven in a form covered with parchment, about 10 minutes. After cooling, cut the cakes along into two equal parts. Cooking the cream. Mixer thoroughly beaten sugar and fatty sour cream. Cream abundantly missed each cake (alternating in color). You can decorate the delicacy with grated chocolate. Before serving, the dish should soak well.

Sand "Smetannik"

To make it, you need 100 grams of sugar and the same amount of butter, 500 ml of flour, 2 yolks, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 0.5 liters of soda. For the filling you can use any fruit and starch. As a filling instead of sour cream, you can use yogurt (400 ml), as well as 6 tablespoons of sugar, two spoons of manga and 2 eggs. So, let's get started. Prepare "Smetannik" is not difficult, you just need to follow the directions of the recipe, and everything will turn out.

We rub the butter with sugar and add the rest of the ingredients necessary for the dough, except flour. Mass thoroughly mix. Gradually pour in flour. The dough should not stick to the table and hands. After that, whisk in the blender all the ingredients necessary for pouring. The dough is placed in a mold and we form small sides. On top of the cakes must be sprinkled with starch. Cut fruit into pieces and lay them on the bottom. Fill with fill. In the preheated oven we send the smetana for 40 minutes. Cut the pie only when it cools.
