Want to know where the mushroom grows?

Each mushroom picker will confirm that salted mushrooms, especially raw ones, are a great meal. However, collecting them is not always possible, even after heavy summer rains. Today we will talk about where the mushroom grows and what kind of environment is favorable for it.

Description of mushroom

This fungus belongs to the Syroezhkov family. Color - milky white or pale yellow. The surface is a moist mucous membrane. The hat is flat, in the center there is a small indentation, and the edges are wrapped inwards. Its diameter can reach 5-20 cm. The white or slightly yellowish peduncle has a height of 3 to 7 cm and a diameter of 2 to 5 cm. In the mushroom, the plates are close to each other. In young mushrooms they can be a light yellow or cream shade, in the old - yellow.

Where does the yellow pear grow?

This fungus differs from the white congeners also in that the center of its cap has darker circles. He can meet both singly and with families. The northern zone of the spruce, fir or birch forest is where the yellow mulberry grows. It can be found in the period from July to September, and sometimes even in October. For the unusual taste, a second category was assigned to the sub-groove, although this opinion is ambiguous.

White mushrooms: where grow?

This variety of mushrooms is the best. The harvest depends very much on the weather: in one year there may not be any white mushrooms at all, and in another one there may be abundance.

They should be collected from the end of July - the beginning of August to the end of September - the beginning of October. White mushrooms grow in those forests where there is a fir tree. It is necessary to look more closely at the fallen trunks of small trees, the bottom of deep ravines, hills and any hilly surface - all this is a favorable environment for this type of mushroom. It is necessary to examine small hillocks in the forest, since the accumulations of foliage of trees are the place where the mushrooms grow.

Beneficial features

This type of fungi consists of water, fats, carbohydrates, ballast substances, ash compounds and proteins. It also contains ascorbic acid, thiamine (vitamins of group B1) and riboflavin (B2). Due to low caloric content (16 kcal / 100 g), mushrooms are often included in diet food.

Engaging in searching for mushrooms is a good way to spend time. This activity can be compared with the search for the beast in his tracks, which he constantly confuses. Knowing the places where a mushroom grows is not enough to find it. It is necessary to examine the plots calmly, without hurrying. The mushroom picker can use a stick to rake out suspicious bumps, raise knots and twigs. If you managed to find one mushroom, it is advisable to carefully inspect the neighborhood within a radius of ten to fifteen meters, because most often they grow in groups.

Before pickling the mushrooms, they should be cleared of forest debris, pruned legs and affected areas of worms. To do this, they must be placed in clean water for a while, and then rinsed with a dishwashing sponge. Some mushroom pickers remove peel skin, but do not need to do this.

This type of mushroom accumulates in itself a lot of toxic substances that are harmful to our body. Therefore, before using, it is necessary to soak them in water for at least three days, three times a day changing the water.
