Milonov Vitaly Valentinovich is a politician, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg (4 and 5 convocations). He is a member of the political faction of United Russia.

Childhood

Vitaly Milonov was born in January 1974 (23rd) in Leningrad. Parents Vitaly - naval officer and teacher of primary school.

Education
