Prepare a five kilogram turkey, a little butter, one liter of hot water, a cube of chicken broth, two tablespoons of dried parsley dried, two tablespoons of dried onions, two tablespoons of spicy salt.

Completely cleaned and carefully washed turkey put on a baking sheet, carefully peel the skin from the meat on the breast, put a piece of butter butter on the skin to make the meat tender and not dry.

Mix the water with a cube of broth, onion, dry and dry parsley. Then pour it over the turkey and sprinkle it with spicy salt.

Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for three to four hours, covered with aluminum foil. About forty-five minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil so that the turkey is browned. Turkey in the oven with cheese and mustard

Take half a kilo of turkey fillet, one hundred and fifty-two hundred grams of hard cheese, two eggs, one red onion, two teaspoons of mustard, two teaspoons of sour cream, as much mayonnaise, a little dried basil, black pepper ground, salt and vegetable oil to lubricate the mold.

Wash, dried and cut into strips of meat sprinkle with spices and grease with a mixture of sour cream, mustard and mayonnaise. So leave for an hour to marinate at room temperature.

Cheese, grated on a fine grater, mix with the eggs whipped. Peel the chopped onions with half rings.

Now lay the turkey in a greased vegetable baking dish and sprinkle it with onion. Then pour a mixture of cheese and eggs, put in a preheated oven (180 degrees). Bake the dish for about thirty minutes.

Turkey in the oven baked with prunes and honey agarics

Prepare six hundred grams of turkey (breast), one hundred and fifty grams of prawn, one onion, two cloves of garlic, one hundred grams of prunes (boneless), one sprig of thyme (dried), a little vegetable oil, pepper and salt.

To cook the filling, thaw the honey agaric, wash them and cut them. Then fry in vegetable oil for three minutes, add the finely chopped garlic and fry together until a garlic smell appears. Next, add the leaves of thyme, sliced on a straw and fry for about three minutes. Then add the prunes, cut into strips.

Thoroughly washed and dried turkey salt with salt and pepper. In the middle, cut to make a pocket, where to put the stuffing. Secure with toothpicks, wrap the meat in foil in such a way that it is convenient to open it during baking. Put it in the oven (190 degrees).

Baking, open the foil several times and water the meat with the juice that forms. In the last twenty minutes, do not cover the meat with foil, in order to slightly brown it. After about an hour of cooking, you can take out toothpicks and serve it to the table.

Delicious turkey in the sleeve

It will take a kilogram of turkey, a little salt, black pepper, garlic, spices.
Make small incisions along the entire length of the washed and dried fillets. Insert in them chopped garlic with spices. Then rub the meat with pepper and salt.

Place the fillets in a sleeve and put them on the grill of a cold oven. Put a pan under the bottom. At the top of the sleeve, make a few holes to exit the steam. In a preheated oven (250-260 degrees) bake the fillet for one hour. After the temperature is reduced (200 degrees) and continue to bake for another fifteen minutes.
