Transitional age. How difficult it is!

Just yesterday, while waiting for the birth of a child, you thought about how he would grow up, what was waiting for him in the next life, thought that they were ready to do everything possible and impossible for him. The child was born, growing up, and now the little baby says that he has his own opinion that he does not need advice, and sometimes parents are unable to understand what is happening and how to help the offspring. But in fact, it is time that the child is no longer a "doll", but not a "butterfly". This is the age of transition.

Yes, time flies quickly. The child enters into adulthood, and on the way to this life he has to learn what he is not ready for yet, but he still has to accept the adult conditions of the game. No matter how difficult, parents should be for their offspring the main assistant and support at this difficult moment.

When children enter the transition age, they change not only physically, there is a change of consciousness and perception of the surrounding world. The body grows, the process of puberty occurs , the psyche changes. From the fact that all the changes occur quite quickly, the nervous system is subject to overload, the child becomes irritable, and often even aggressive. During the transitional age there is a fast process of producing certain hormones as a pledge of absolutely all physiological changes.

The transition age in boys for one or two years begins later than in girls, lasts from four to five years and is much more active. As early as 12-13 years, the difference between them becomes noticeable. The transition age in girls comes later by two years than in boys, proceeds more calmly and quickly ends.

Already at the very beginning of the transitional age, adolescents begin to exhibit the character traits inherent in their sex. Although there are no clear boundaries between the age of boys and girls, the period from 10 to 17 years, psychologists and physicians call transition age, adjusted for an increase or decrease in the period. The transition age can be divided into three stages.

The first stage (the younger adolescence) is the period when the body, just like the psyche, is preparing for the upcoming changes. The second stage (pubertal) is the transitional age itself. The third period (adolescence) is post-pubertal, when the physiological and psychological construction is completed. When all processes end, and the transitional age comes to an end, sexual activity appears and interest in the opposite sex increases.

In addition to external changes, behavior and character change. The child becomes touchy, rude, hypochondriac and categorical, he often argues about anything. Hormonal bursts in the body of a teenage cause emotional instability, and psychological problems can affect the physical condition.

At a time when a child is growing up, it's not easy for him to be guided by a changing reality, the main task of parents is to be there and help the offspring survive all the difficulties with the least losses for the child himself and for the family as a whole.
