The process of decorating the New Year's beauty has long been something of a traditional ritual, in which the smallest members of the family are also happy to take part. And to make this occupation more exciting, you can make your own Christmas tree toys from paper with your own hands.

So, what can you do? Yes, almost anything. Toys made of paper can be made no worse than factory products, and the flight of thought and fantasy is practically without borders. It is possible to master toys together with the child - it is fascinating and even useful for its development. Consider the most interesting options that you can make.

In order to make toys of paper with your own hands, you will need: colored paper, scissors, a simple pencil and a glue for paper. The presence of a compass and ruler is desirable.

Herringbone

This is a three-dimensional work for which it is necessary to prepare two circles with a common center, the radius of the first must be twice the second. Circles are divided into eight equal sectors, after which they cut through the sector line to the inner circle. Next, each cut sector with the help of glue is twisted into a petal-cap. The finished platform is turned over, and a hole for the wire is made in the center. In the same way, the following "layers" are made with a decrease in the radius of the great circle (herringbone), thread them on the wire. As a top for the tree, you can make a small cap from the same paper.

Bend the mug with a stapler, then straighten them and join together with glue the adjacent half of the circles with each other. Each half should be glued together with one adjacent below, and on the other - at the top. The received toys from a paper can be covered also with a varnish and spangles from an old streamer.
