Then you need to grease the chicken with the prepared marinade. We put it in a cool place for several hours.

After the chicken is marinated, we spread it on a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil. From above put the lid on which we install the load. Fry on each side for about 20 minutes. Experiences about the fact that under the influence of the cargo of the chicken tobacco becomes dry, are vain. On the contrary, this dish will be juicy, with a delicious fried crust. Nevertheless, you should make sure that the chicken does not burn.

It is possible, after roasting in a frying pan, to place the chicken in the oven for a while and even turn on the "grill" function. This dish is perfect for fresh vegetables and greens.

Chicken in foil is also one of the options for cooking chicken tobacco. Only in this case we will not get a crunchy crust. We take any marinade. Lubricate them with a prepared carcass and add to taste any spices. We spread the bird on the foil and carefully close it. We send the pan to the oven. Before the end of cooking, you can open the foil so that the chicken of the tobacco is browned. If there is a function "grill", then use it to get a beautiful gilded crust.
