I do not want anything! Are you sure?

I do not want anything! How many times have you heard these words from your friends? And how many times did they say it themselves? Do not be afraid, look into the face of truth and try to understand why you are afraid of something new, unfamiliar, complex.

"I do not want anything," - who likes to rush such phrases. Surprisingly, not someone who does not really have any desires and needs. And the one who is afraid to take any decisive step forward, a step to where you have to check yourself for strength.

I do not want anything: whose are these words

These are the words of a man who is tired of trying (or not trying at all) to achieve something. Such people go into themselves and do not like very much when someone climbs their soul. They resign themselves to what they have. Is it possible to be happy with practically nothing? Can! Only now, unfortunately, not all have this happiness present. In most cases, this life is chosen from any despair and great fatigue.

"I do not want anything," says the one who is broken. Often, because of stress, neurosis and other mental disorders, we ourselves pound ourselves into a cage that can be very solid. Depression leads to the fact that a person cycles only in a bad way and does not see anything in the future for which to live. With apathy, nothing pleases, does not cause any emotional response.

Constant failures destroy a person from within, making him weak and vulnerable. Often, losing someone dear, we lose the meaning of our life together with him. The same can happen and because of the loss of your favorite work, a significant case and so on. He who is strong in spirit, does not say "I do not want to do anything", as he understands perfectly well that with these words he shows his weakness. People who have experienced grief or great spiritual crises know that to live is to act. To live is to constantly go forward. Only movement and development helps fill gray everyday life with joy and meaning.

I do not want to do anything

First of all it is necessary to realize the fact that detachment from what is happening around will not bring anything good. It is also necessary to understand that your unwillingness to make any attempts to change your life is caused primarily by nothing more than ordinary fear - the fear of something new or the fear of disappointment.

It is necessary to understand that only those who are somehow trying to move towards their own happiness can achieve what they want. We need to struggle not only with the world, but also with ourselves. Drive away bad thoughts and do not let them capture your mind.

Try to change the situation or just unwind. Quite possible. That you are mired in the routine of everyday life, which simply depletes you emotionally. Think of something new. Even with strong apathy, you can find something that really would have pleased. Do not spare money - go to the store and buy something that has long dreamed of. Be sure to go to the cinema, theater, sit in some expensive cafe or restaurant. You do not want this? Force yourself to do at least one of the above. It is possible that this will kindle a desire for something new in you.

Constantly think that life is fraught with a lot of good. Yes, it's a lot of bad, but there's plenty too. Thinking optimistically, we ourselves become optimists. Learning to think correctly, you will begin to perceive the world in a completely different way, start to see the beautiful where you have not seen before, and the interest will be caused by what you used to do three versts earlier. New truths will be revealed to you daily.

Read the biographies of great people. None of them ever said "I do not want to do anything." They always aspired to the new. This helped them to make their names into history. Choose from them those who really can serve as an example to you. Study their fate.
