Tincture on cranberries. Cooking yourself

In the distant past, there was no tea in Russia and in the morning people used a "crust" of cranberries. This drink had an invigorating effect and a whole range of healing properties. The berry itself is a rich source of organic acids (benzoic, lemon, cinchona, etc.). These properties have given her the ability to enhance the effectiveness of many drugs, such as: antibiotics and sulfonamide drugs. Cranberries stand out among other berries with a large content of pectins, glucose and vitamin C. The sour berry successfully helps the body cope with some inflammatory pathologies (bronchitis, pyelonephritis), but its use is contraindicated to combat inflammatory processes in the digestive tract.

Cranberries are collected in autumn and early spring. In order to enjoy its taste and useful properties all year round, it can be preserved, jam made and quite often a tincture is made on cranberries. The main advantage of the tincture is its warming abilities. Blood vessels dilate, and all the beneficial properties of bitter berries are quickly absorbed by the body.

Tincture of cranberries on vodka, as well as juice, helps the body cope with a microbe such as Helicobacter, which is the main provoker of peptic ulcer. The main benefit of using tincture is the prevention of duodenal ulcers and stomach ulcers. But do not forget that the tincture on cranberries is not allowed to use if you have gastritis, increased acidity or liver problems. The acids with which this berry is endowed can in this case cause serious harm instead of the expected benefit.

There is a claim that the tincture on cranberries, the recipe of which provides for a large berry content per liter of liquid (more than one glass), destroys the integrity of tooth enamel. This fact was long ago contested. High acidity of cranberries on the contrary struggles with pathogenic microbes, and hence with caries.

Let's talk about the recipes!

Tincture of cranberries on vodka is easy! We take the components:

  • Vodka - 0,5 l;
  • Sugar - 1 glass;
  • Cranberry - 1,5 glasses.

Cranberries need to be crushed with sugar and put in a jar (1l), then pour the mixture with vodka. We close the lid (can be polyethylene) and hide it in a dark place, where the room temperature remains for a period of two weeks. Once every two days, the fluid must be shaken. After 14 days, we shift the bank for one night in the refrigerator. After the settling process, the resulting beverage is filtered through 4-layer gauze, cranberries should be gently squeezed. And now, you have a ready tincture on cranberries. The recipe is perfect for men, and for ladies, cooking is recommended as follows. Boil the syrup:

  • Water - 2 cups;
  • Sugar 2 cups.

Uniformity of consistency is a sign of syrup readiness. We pour it into the infusion prepared according to the previous version. It is not necessary to pour all the syrup immediately. Add it a little bit and taste the drink.

Often tincture on cranberries is made with the use of alcohol. Such interest in her alliance with strong alcoholic ingredients is due to the fact that the bitterness, which is endowed with berry, completely eliminates the negative taste components of alcohol-containing liquids. So, for another option you need:

  • Cranberries - 600 g;
  • Alcohol - 1 l;
  • Sugar - 500 g;
  • Water.

Cranberries are warmed up and placed in a jar of 3 liters, add alcohol. Leave to insist on a period of two weeks to a month. After this, the tincture must be filtered through 8 layers of gauze and again pour the already cleaned liquid into the jar. We fall asleep sugar and add water to the brim of the jar. We leave it all to stand up, and wait for the sugar to dissolve.

To drink such a drink is with some caution, since a high alcohol content is almost not felt for taste and tincture is drunk, like a saturated mors. The main thing is not to get carried away with its use, it's still an alcoholic drink.
