There was a dysbacteriosis? Treatment will help

The human intestine contains a large number of various microorganisms that perform useful functions in the full process of digestion. If the number of these microorganisms varies, then there is a dysbacteriosis.

The main reason for the emergence of dysbacteriosis is treatment with antibacterial drugs, because together with the destruction of pathogenic bacteria they also disturb the balance of the microflora that the human body needs for normal work. In addition to antibiotics, such a violation can lead to treatment with corticosteroid hormones, radiation therapy, the use of drugs that suppress immunity.

Lead to dysbiosis may be eating disorders: abuse of fatty, sweet, fasting, eating monotonous food, urinotherapy, kefir and apple diets. Such diseases as ulcers, gastritis, colitis, pancreatitis, as well as operations on the digestive organs can also cause dysbacteriosis. Treatment of this disorder should appoint a doctor-therapist or gastroenterologist.

The usual manifestations of dysbiosis are constipation, diarrhea, bloating, anorexia, weakness, headache, malaise, decreased performance. Such symptoms accompany many other diseases, so a thorough diagnostic study is needed.

After the carried out researches modern treatment of a dysbacteriosis necessarily includes:

  • Elimination of the root cause of the disease;
  • Adherence to a strict diet;
  • Restoration of intestinal motility;
  • The establishment of digestion and absorption in the intestine;
  • Restoration of normal microflora;
  • Stimulation of the organism's reactivity.

Eliminating the causes that caused dysbiosis, the treatment is carried out with drugs that contain the necessary bacteria to the body. In addition, agents that replace digestive enzymes are used. Very useful at this time will be sour-milk products with live lacto- and bifidobacteria.

In addition to the main treatment, it is necessary to adhere to simple rules of nutrition: remove all sharp and fatty foods from the ration, eat as few sweets as possible, since the sugar contained in them enhances the processes of fermentation in the intestine. It is also necessary to exclude the use of water during meals: it dilutes the gastric juice, and this leads to a disruption in the digestion of food. You should stop using alcohol-containing beverages, especially exacerbating the process of fermentation in the stomach - beer, wine, champagne.

After normalizing your diet, you can begin treatment of herbal dysbiosis. For this, the tinctures prepared from tin or oak bark are perfect. The therapeutic effect is provided by a collection of mint, violet, centauges, labaznika, chamomile and dill seeds. To reverse the dysbacteriosis, treatment with herbs should be continued for two to three months, until there is a significant improvement in well-being.

It is important to remember that it takes months, and even years, to get rid of dysbiosis. Timely appeal to the right medical specialist will save your time and help to save health.
