The theme of friendship in the lyrics of Pushkin. Motives of friendship in the lyrics of Alexander Pushkin

A significant place in the work of A.S. Pushkin devoted to the theme of friendship. Lyceum partnership is what became the mainstay for the whole subsequent life of the poet. In the most difficult moments of his life, he turned to his friends for support, even at a distance. The theme of friendship in Pushkin's lyrics is especially pronounced in works written during his years at the Lyceum.

Lyceum friends A.S. Pushkin

The theme of friendship in Pushkin's lyrics appears in the earliest verses he wrote during his studies at the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum. But later the poet turned to the genre of the lyric message to his friends, whom he valued very highly. Special friendly feelings Pushkin fed his classmates I. Pushchin, V. Kiukhelbekker and A. Delvig. However, in addition to the comrades whom the writer met at the Lyceum, he devoted his works to K. Batiushkov and P. Chaadayev.

Features of the treatment of the theme of friendship

The motives of friendship in Pushkin's lyric poetry took on a different color, depending on the period of writing the poem, the object of initiation. So, in the poems of the genius poet, we can only find a reference to friendship and support. In some works, friendly relations reach enormous proportions and unfold into selflessness, sacrifice, a sense of brotherhood and inseparable unity. Much of the lyceum poetry of the poet is devoted to the theme of friendship. After all, Pushkin really loved the dreamy Delvig, the sometimes ridiculous Kiukhelbekker, the resolute A. Chaadayev and his other peers. Loyalty to his friends, he carried through his whole life and was grateful that they did not turn away from him, despite any adversity. This Pushkin differs from other poets of the 19th century. The partnership was not as sung as love, it was not so poetic by anyone as Pushkin did.

First experiments. Message to Batiushkov

This poem was written in 1814 and is considered one of the first experiments in the field of friendly lyrics. Here the poet addresses his friend Batiushkov primarily as a poet, he gives him advice on creativity. The main thing is not to forget the lyre even for the sake of love. The theme of friendship and love in Pushkin's lyrics is always one and unbreakable. But here the lyrical hero above all else puts his faithfulness to his work.

"The Epistle to Galich"

Galich was not only a friend, but also a teacher. Already in this poem, Pushkin's relation to friendship clearly sounds, more precisely, he gives its definition. Friendship is not an "exchange of vainglory and fun," not just a carefree pastime, it is the unity of thoughts, this nobility, this desire to perfect each other, and not to indulge the petty feelings and shortcomings of another person.

Motive of fidelity

The theme of friendship in Pushkin's lyrics is closely connected with the motive of loyalty and friendly duty. Especially bright it manifested itself in the poem "Separation." In general, this work marked the transition from the fun-filled carefree Pushkin-lyceum student to a more serious, adult lyrics. Here the writer gives an oath of allegiance to the holy brotherhood, which does not look exaggerated. The poem is dedicated to a friend Kiichelbecker.

"Pushchino"

This poem was written by Pushkin during his exile in Mikhailovskoye. The poet was alone, he had no connection with the outside world, the only entertainment was reading and poetry. And one day, Pushkin came to visit him. Alexander Sergeyevich was unusually pleased with his arrival, touched. And later he created the greatest poem about faithful and faithful friendship. It was necessary to be a truly courageous and selfless friend to openly write such a message to the Decembrist. In the work Pushkin recalls the arrival of Pushchin to him in Mikhailovskoe (1825). The second stanza is the poet's prayer that his voice also help a friend who is on life imprisonment, as once Pushchin's arrival helped him.

Many poems were devoted to Pushchina. One of the most beautiful and named - "To the Pushcha". This is a poetic congratulation on his birthday, in which Pushkin gives his friend such vivid epithets as "dear birthday", "cordial friend." Here the poet says that real friends do not need a reception on etiquette, any conventions, because they already know how they relate to each other.

Late "friendly" poetry

One of the brightest works about friendship, written in the 30's, was "The more often the Lyceum celebrates." The basis for the creation of the work was a number of reasons. Firstly, the anniversary of the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum, of which Pushkin could not forget. Secondly, by this time the most faithful and devoted friends of Pushchin and Kuchelbecker were in exile, in Siberia. And one more comrade has already died - Delvig. That is why the lines of the poem are full of deep sadness and longing for the past days.

Already in 1836, Alexander Sergeevich wrote another verse, dedicated to the anniversary of the Lyceum - "It was time". The theme of friendship in the lyrics of Pushkin played with other colors, became more ambitious. This is a kind of poetic result, combining the motives of all works dedicated to the partnership. The keynote is the phrase "You Remember ...", which says that the poet has not forgotten a single wonderful moment spent with his lyceum comrades, and that he hopes for the same feelings in their hearts. But it sounds not only an appeal to friends, the product goes to a more ambitious level. The partnership here is a connection between the representatives of one generation, who have experienced many hardships together, buttocks, but at the same time they keep in their soul memories of the "holiday young", the days of fun and freedom.

The theme of love in Pushkin's lyrics

Friendly and loving lyrics form the basis of Pushkin's creative heritage. For a poet, love is a bright feeling that brings joy. And it did not matter whether the feelings are mutual. The main thing is the delight of the soul in love, the trembling of the heart. For example, two of Pushkin's most famous poems about love: "K ***" and "I loved you". The poem "K ***" ("I remember a wonderful moment") is dedicated to Anna Kern. In this text, love is synonymous with the words "inspiration", "life", "tears". Tears that again become possible for the lyric hero - it's not sadness and not sadness, it's a sign of life, a sign that a person can feel, knows how to love, and therefore he knows how to create.

"I loved you" is an example of a lyric poem, the theme of which is irresponsible love. In just a few lines, Pushkin was able to accommodate enormous feelings. The love that the author speaks of in the past tense is quite obvious, he lives in it even now. But he is so delicate that he will never tell his beloved about it, so as not to disturb and not to upset her. A great, selfless feeling is represented by a poet. This is not a zealous, proprietary love, but one that gives freedom, for which the main thing is that her object is happy: "how can God give you a beloved to be different."

Perhaps none of the poets could so powerfully portray the life-giving power of love. So, Lermontov, the continuer of the work of Pushkin, saw in her only bitterness and suffering. The same can be said about Tyutchev, for whom love is an unequal struggle between two hearts, this is a death sentence passed on to both lovers.
