The pathology of fibroids - what is it?

This pathology is a benign tissue proliferation. In its basis - qualitatively changed and lost cells of the body. For bone fibrosis, slow growth is characteristic. When the tumor reaches a large size, the tissues bordering it are displaced. However, it does not metastasize.

The appearance of bone fibroids is accompanied by pain and swelling, mobility limitations, growth disorders, and frequent fractures. This type of pathology is most common in young people and in children. Tumor neoplasms are formed on the tibia or on the femur. No symptoms of fibroid in the patient is observed. There are only spontaneous fractures of the affected bone.

Breast Fibroma

Women in the mammary gland may experience unpleasant seals. They are accompanied by pain syndromes or proliferation of connective tissue. Such seals are fibroids. When they occur, consultation with a mammalian is necessary. The examination will exclude a malignant tumor.

Distinguish fibroadenoma of the mammary gland. With this type of pathology, the tumor has a localized character. There is also nodal fibroadenomatosis. This benign formation grows throughout the gland.
