It is recommended that the pension be issued three months before the appropriate age. This time will be enough to prepare all the necessary documents, order statements, collect references and other papers. Preparing for retirement

A few months before the retirement age, it is recommended to start preparing documents, namely:

  1. Look at the work book. If the future retiree works, you can ask to provide a book in the personnel department. It must be done in advance to see how the information is written in it. Who has the right to early retirement

The right to early retirement arises for citizens whose specialties are on Schedule 1 and 2, in one of the small lists. Also, those who worked in the Far North and regions equated to it and those who belong to a special category of citizens have the right to pre-schedule the grant.

For early retirement, you must have from seven years of experience and reach the age specified by law. For each profession, a certain age and length of service is prescribed.

Consideration of the application

After acceptance of documents, the specialist of the PF conducts a detailed analysis of each document. He checks the validity of the calculation of benefits, assesses the information provided and determines the correspondence of the information provided to reality. After this, a decision is taken on the accrual or on the refusal to designate a pension.

It happens that the organization in which the future pensioner worked was liquidated or the citizen moved.
