Code of Professional Ethics for Advocates

The code of professional ethics of the lawyer provides for control over the actions, words and intentions of his client. Protection of the rights of clients involves participation in complex relations with judicial, law enforcement and other state bodies, as well as citizens and organizations.

Control over observance of the provisions and rules included in the code of professional ethics of an attorney is assigned to a special qualification commission.
