The drug "Detraleks". Instructions for use

The drug "Detralex" is an angioprotective and venotonic agent. The drug is produced in the form of oval tablets covered with orange-pink color. Tablets are packed in blisters of 15 pieces each. In a carton box there can be two blisters - 30 tablets, or four blisters - 60 tablets "Detraleks". Instructions for medication are attached.

The composition of this medication includes the basic substances - diosmin and hesperidin, respectively - 450 mg and 50 mg. In addition, the preparation includes auxiliary components: sodium carboxymethyl starch, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, talc, white wax, hypromellose, macrogol, glycerol, titanium dioxide and others.

The drug "Detraleks" (tablets) strengthens the walls of the vessels, improves vascular tone, restores the connective elements of the shells of vessels, enhances the outflow of the lymphatic fluid, thereby eliminating the swelling of the legs. The drug reduces stagnation in the veins, reduces their extensibility, prevents the fragility of capillaries, improves the patency of blood vessels.

All active components of the preparation are crushed into small particles, which provides for faster absorption and faster action. Medication "Detraleks" is excreted from the body with urine and feces. In this case, most of it comes out with faeces, with urine emitted 14 percent of the drug taken.

Prescribe the drug "Detralex" for venous-lymphatic insufficiency, thrombophlebitis, varicose, in which there is fatigue in the morning, cramps, swelling, pain in the legs, trophic changes. Indication for the use of the drug is exacerbation of hemorrhoids.

How to take Detralex tablets? The instruction recommends taking the medication internally on two tablets a day during meals: the first - in the afternoon, the second - in the evening. The course of treatment lasts 1-2 months and is repeated every six months.

When hemorrhoids (when exacerbated) the drug "Detralex" drink within a week - the first four days - 6 tablets per day, the next three days - 4 tablets.

Whether causes a medicine "Detraleks"? The instruction describes that side effects are most often observed from the digestive apparatus: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. Rarely found such a phenomenon from the nervous system: general malaise, headache, dizziness. Also, the effect of the drug rarely causes a reaction to the skin: urticaria, rashes, itching. All side effects do not pose a threat to health and do not require the withdrawal of the medicine.

Whether it is possible during breast-feeding to drink tablets "Detraleks"? The instruction says that in this case it is not recommended to take the medicine, since there is no data as to whether the active substance enters the breast milk.

With venous-lymphatic insufficiency, in order to get a positive result from treatment, the drug should be combined with proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. It is necessary to monitor the weight and not to allow extra pounds, avoid prolonged sitting in one position and stay on legs. It is recommended to walk more, swim, do special gymnastics. A good result is the wearing of compression knitwear, washing the feet with cool water, grinding with venotonic gels. In cases of venous circulation, it is not recommended to take hot baths and sunbathe.

With acute hemorrhoids, the drug "Detralex" is an auxiliary to the main treatment. The course of therapy with the drug in this case should not exceed the recommended period. If there are no improvements, you need to re-examine and change the treatment tactics.

The drug "Detraleks" does not worsen psychomotor reactions. While taking the drug is not contraindicated to drive a car or operate machinery.

The drug is recommended for adults only. Dosage cases are not known. Interaction with other medicines is not described.
