And you can cook quite unsweetened casseroles for your beloved (if you consider calories and think that the sweet will be too high in calories) - and it also turns out delicious, the main thing is not to be afraid to experiment.

Yes, and preparing a cottage cheese cottage is not as difficult as it might seem to someone.

I want to tell you how to make a casserole from cottage cheese with raisins.

Take cottage cheese with zero fat content 2 packs, sour cream 15% fat content 2 dessert spoons, 2 eggs, oat flakes - 3 tablespoons, a handful of raisins, sugar 1 a spoonful, salt to taste, a little baking soda, you can add vanilla sugar for a smell. To lubricate the mold, we use vegetable oil (quite a bit), or even better, the form where we will spread the curd dough for the casserole, cover it with foil and sprinkle it with vegetable oil.

So, we wash the raisins, steal it with boiling water and throw it on a napkin, we dry it, so that the raisins are not wet. Cottage cheese is wiped through a sieve so that there are no lumps, add sour cream, egg yolks, ground with sugar, mix everything well, adding the oat flakes ground in a blender or coffee grinder, pour in vanilla sugar. If it is not possible to grind the flakes, you can put them on, or you can take the usual wheat flour instead of oatmeal. Solim, add soda (you can extinguish it with sour cream), raisins and at the end we mix carefully whipped whites. In principle, it is not at all necessary to separate the proteins and yolks for adding to the curd pastry, but it seems to me that this results in better results, therefore, I advise you to separate.

We fill the prepared form with foil and pour out our semi-liquid dough onto it. However, the dough should not be very liquid, and if it seems that it turns out to be too liquid, (for example, the curd in the pack got too wet), then add a little more flour or a little less than a teaspoon of starch. We distribute the dough in the form, filling it not to the brim, as the casserole will be raised during the baking process, and we will send it to the already heated oven to 175-180 degrees, note the minutes 40 (raise the temperature until it's necessary). Just like in the case of a biscuit, the oven does not open the first 20 minutes so that the casserole that has risen immediately does not settle (it will, of course, later in any case settle), but not so much.

If you want to get an especially delicious casserole from the cottage cheese, that is, to get a ruddy crust, then you have to mix the egg yolk with sour cream, and this mixture is thinly distributed over the surface of the casserole. Then at the end of baking, you need to add a bit of heat in the oven or, if there is a grill mode, then put it on for 3-5 minutes, just do not overdo it, watch to not burned, you may not even need to turn on this mode.

Ready casserole from the cottage cheese at once to pull out from the oven is not recommended, give it a little bit to sit down. We are already pulling the warm out of the oven, cutting it into portions, laying it on plates, sprinkling with powdered sugar and serving it on a table with thick (preferably home-made) sour cream, or pouring fruit syrup from the jam, or you can serve with condensed milk, Sweet, then sugar casserole is not necessary - there are many options!

This was casserole from cottage cheese without manga, although in cottage cheese casseroles it is often added semolina, which must first swell in milk, but many do not like casseroles with a manga, apparently the Stolovsky variant reminds, although everything depends on how prepared, so I do not I agree: casseroles with a manga are also very tasty, it all depends on the cook who develops the recipe.

In general, I always experiment, instead of raisins, you can add fresh, but not too wet, berries or berries from cherry jam pitted. Also very tasty! There are, of course, cases when casserole from cottage cheese with any additive turns out to be less successful, but you just have to first try not to make a big baking tray, but to a small form and if everything turns out well, then apply the recipe you like and treat everyone with wonderful Desserts!
