Technical passport of the car

Each technical passport has a personal number and a series and is valid in any country.

The process of obtaining a certificate of registration will not be time-consuming and lengthy, if you prepare for it in advance. To avoid a huge queue, do not contact the department of REO immediately after the weekend.

Come to the traffic police better in advance, that is, an hour or even earlier - before the opening. You will have to stand in any case, but there are all chances to get a technical passport and numbers first. The car must be on the site, and you can pick it up only after the documents are issued.

Obtained numbers must be immediately secured, transported with them on the panel behind the windshield is prohibited by the rules of the road. For such a violation, you can pay not only a decent amount of money for a fine, but also rights. The certificate of registration must be presented to the car inspectors together with the driver's license.

Pass the nominal passport will need to be in the window REO with a procedure such as the removal from the register of cars, where the buyer will be issued a new document. It will change the data of the car owner and will be assigned a different series and number. At the same time, the traffic police officers will put a mark on the change of the owner in the PTS.
