  7. Cottage cheese is considered an independent dish, so it is combined only with sour-milk products and herbs. With bread, fruits and sweets, there is no cottage cheese.
  8. Eggs are best used with greens.
  9. Nuts - an independent, easily digestible, high-calorie, but extremely useful product
