Rights and duties of parents

Relations between parents and children are much more complicated than they seem. A parent is one who must manage the child's development, the process of personality formation. The role of the teacher here is also important, but still it is secondary.

Juvenile and underage children do not have much to do without adults, but do not forget that they are not the property of their parents. Yes, they do have rights that must be respected. The rights and duties of parents are numerous, and their importance is great. Of course, they are fixed in the legislation.

Personal rights and duties of parents and children

Until basic general education is obtained, parents have the right to monitor the educational activities of their children. We are talking about the choice of schools, general education programs, circles and so on. They should be given access to the Charter of the educational institution in which their child is registered.

They can not be prohibited from participating in the management of the institution in which their children are trained. This refers to management through the school board or other similar bodies.

The content and the course of the educational process should not be hidden from them. The rights and duties of parents are based on the fact that they determine exactly what moral, as well as religious education will be received by their children.

Parents who for one reason or another do not live together with their children have the right to attend school meetings, obtain information about academic performance. Let's pay attention to the fact that in some cases this can be prohibited by law.

If the administration has no objections, then parents can get acquainted with the schedule of training sessions before the coming of the new school year. If the parent finds it necessary that he needs a meeting with the teacher, he can not be denied.

The rights and duties of parents are also based on the possibility of expressing criticism of the school and teachers. The main thing is that this criticism is justified.

Parents have certain responsibilities:
