Spiritual practices of the East. Mantra is the right way to improve

Everyone strives for a stable, prosperous life, good relations in the family and society, opportunities to realize their talents, abilities, needs. Enlightenment, harmony with the world and with oneself, comprehension of the secrets of the universe, a state of peace and happiness, wisdom - these are the distant horizons that we wish to achieve, passing our earthly path. We are greatly helped by various spiritual practices. A special place among them is occupied by the Eastern religions - Hinduism and Buddhism.

What is a mantra

Each religion has its own deities, prophets, saints and certain forms, rituals of appealing to them - for help, consolation, support, advice. Mantra is something similar to the prayers to which we are accustomed in Christianity and Islam. True, the prayers are special. If in Orthodox and Catholic texts, as well as in Islamic texts, the meaning of every word, every image pronounced by the prayers is important, then the mantras act somewhat differently. Turning to God or the Mother of God, we either pronounce the canonical text folded centuries ago, or we pray from the heart and soul, as it turns out, spilling out pain in our own words. It does not matter the emphasis, the phonetic features of pronunciation, the literacy of constructing sentences. What is important is the sincere spirit and sincerity of a believer. Mantra is also a prayer, more precisely a hymn-prayer, an appeal to one of the Buddhist or Hindu deities. But there are different rules here than in the religions that we are accustomed to. In the mantra, it is necessary to observe the correctness of the sound shell of each word and that special rhythm in which they are spoken out. It is the energy of sound, the musicality of such prayers that help a person to tune in to the right way, enter into a state where the soul prepares to communicate with the Supreme Spirit, the forces of Nature, the Universe. It is not for nothing that it is emphasized that the mantra is a hymn, that is, A solemn song that glorifies God in his various incarnations. Each sound in the mantra has its own sacral meaning. They do not just speak out - they are sung, and each such hymn has its own melody, intonations, even timbre. As in a bell ringing in the Blagovest, every bell has its own party, its tone, and in each mantric prayer its own musical tonality. Thus, we can say that the mantra is a tuning fork that allows you to tune the energy of a person in harmony with the energy of the Higher Worlds and Spheres that control our life, beneficially influencing it.

What do mantras respond for?

In the East, singing mantras, a person gradually sinks into a state of enlightenment, nirvana. Knowledgeable people, monks, they are used for meditation, spiritual purification and development. Europeans, i.e. Representatives of a different mindset, a different culture, these hymns are interesting from a practical point of view - to change for the better self and the quality of the surrounding life. There are, for example, mantras of wealth. They contribute to attracting money, strengthening the material side of life, preserving and multiplying wealth. Such hymns provide financial prosperity, constant profit, success in business. There are mantras responsible for health - physical and spiritual. There are hymns that attract love, creating harmonious relationships between close people - parents and children, a man and a woman. There is a desire mantra - it is sung when it is necessary to influence the reality on subtle levels, transform it in accordance with our needs and urgent goals. Desires can be different: someone is lonely and tired of it, someone is fatally unlucky in life, someone does not have this or that relationship. Like a lifebuoy, the appropriate chants will help to come to the surface from the problems that have arisen, those events and those people will be attracted, thanks to which the problems will be resolved in the best possible way.

How to work with sacred hymns

Working with mantras is a whole science and art at the same time. It requires a deep immersion in the "material", the ability to retire for some time from everything that is and is being done side by side. Only by focusing on the moment, pronouncing the words of sacred songs as accurately and correctly as possible, their rhythm and tempo, you can achieve real results. Work on yourself, try - and your life will gradually come to harmony.
