  • A kilo of tomatoes;
  • 3 cucumbers;
  • 2 peppers;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 3 slices of white bread;
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar;

So, how to cook soup from tomatoes on an Italian recipe? To begin with, scald the tomatoes with hot water and peel them off, then cut into small cubes and remove the large grains.   • 800 grams of tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 50 milligrams of butter;
  • 150 milliliters of cream;
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil;
  • Half a liter of beef broth;
  • Salt, pepper, spices to taste.

So, how to make soup from tomatoes? First you need to peel the tomatoes and cut into small slices. Peel and chop the onions and garlic and place them in a pan in which the oil was pre-melted and then fry it.

  • One liter of chicken broth;
  • A glass of tomato juice;
  • 4 spoons of olive oil;
  • 100 grams of hard cheese;
  • Fresh or dry basil;
  • Salt, pepper and spices to taste.

In order to prepare the soup from tomatoes, pour olive oil into a saucepan and fry in it the crushed onion and garlic. To them, add sliced basil leaves. Tomatoes are released from the peel, finely chopped and sent to a pan. On a small fire, mix all the contents for five minutes, after which add chicken broth, tomato juice and spices to taste. Cook soup under the lid on a low heat for 20 minutes. After a while, beat it with a blender. If the soup is very liquid, you need to add a spoon-two flour to it and cook for about five minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the soup with grated cheese.

For cooking you need:

  • 6 tomatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • A liter of vegetable broth;
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Onion and garlic finely chopped and fried. To them we add previously peeled and chopped tomatoes and stew everything for a few minutes. Then add the broth and spices to taste, the mixture is brought to a boil and cooked for about 20 minutes. Sometimes in the soup of tomatoes for weight loss are added grated carrots and beets. At the same time pour a small amount of water to cover the sliced vegetables.
