Simple and effective exercises for straightening the spine

Be sure to use exercises to stretch the spine. Sit in Turkish, raise your hands above your head, straightening them at the elbows. On inhalation, pull up behind the crown and fingers. For a few seconds, hold your breath, imagining how each vertebra now rose upward. With an exhalation slowly relax the spine, but leave it in a vertical position, do not bend.

Exercises for straightening the spine should always be done at a fairly slow pace. Do not forget that there are a lot of nerve endings near the vertebrae, and therefore any careless movement can lead to pain and trauma. But out of fear of making yourself worse, do not give up lessons, the main thing is to keep a leisurely pace.

Also a good helper of beautiful posture is a corset. Of course, it will not replace the exercises, but it will work as an auxiliary. It should not be worn all the time, but it is desirable to periodically use it.

If you want to correct your posture, then be persistent in carrying out the described set of exercises. Gradually, the spine will return to normal, and you will keep your back straight.
