Shaurma with pork

As already mentioned, any kind of meat can be used to prepare this dish. We offer a recipe for shaurma with pork. Take a thin lavash, two fresh tomatoes, 300 grams of pork, which must be pre-fried or baked in the oven, two cucumbers, 100 grams of cheese (optional), a small head of cabbage, Peking or white-headed, 3 peeled garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt, three Spoons of sour cream, three spoons of mayonnaise, salt spices, greens. First we prepare the sauce.

To do this, mix all the liquid ingredients (sour cream, mayonnaise and yogurt). Then add to this mass chopped garlic, chopped greens, salt and spices. You can use any herbs and spices as desired. Cut the meat and vegetables into strips or any shape. Cheese three on a grater and mix it with meat. Now we turn to the formation of Shawarma. Lavash grease the sauce and spread on it stuffing. After that we add at our discretion another sauce and turn off the lavash in the form of an envelope. Then fry shaurma in a frying pan, bake in the oven, warm in the microwave or aerogril. You can choose any treatment option. It is better to eat this dish in hot or warm form.

Traditionally, stuffing for shawarma is wrapped in pita, but it is successfully replaced by Armenian thin lavash, which must be necessarily fresh.
