Sand cake with apples

For a long time I wanted to bake a sand pie with apples, to please my family and myself. Finally, I managed to find a precious time for baking. And that's what I got. As always, I suggest several options for baking a sand pie.

Sand cake with apples "Gentle". For the preparation of shortcake, we need 500 grams of flour, a butter pack (this is usually 200 grams), 2 eggs, a glass of sugar, vanillin a pinch, a pack of baking powder. We combine the softened oil with sugar, flour, baking powder, vanillin and chopped with a dry knife. Then we beat the eggs into a foam, combine it with oil flour, mix everything thoroughly. Get a cool short pastry. We remove in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, so that the dough stiffens a little.

In order to prepare a filling for a sand pie, we need three sweet and sour apples, sugar, juice of half a lemon. My apples, peeled, peeled and cut into thin slices to make apples. We take out our frozen dough, divide into two unequal parts. Most of the roll out, put in a round shape for baking so that the high sides are obtained. Then gently lay the slices of apples, sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with lemon juice. The second part of the test is rolled and covered with filling, the edges are beautifully tied. To make the apples inside for sure, you can pierce the pie with a fork. So the holes turn out small and inconspicuous. Bake for half an hour in a preheated oven. Finished sand pie with apples sprinkled with powdered sugar and served for tea.

With the filling, you can experiment and use any fruit and berries. My friend, for example, baked a sand pie with apples, her recipe was supplemented with cottage cheese, a gentle cottage cheese taste. You can use a pear, fresh or canned apricots, currants, peaches (also fresh or canned). With a sand dough, a banana with cottage cheese is well combined. But still, the sand pie with apples turns out tastier.

Shortbread is a good material for baking pies, cakes, cakes and other culinary delights. Delicious is a sandwich cake with blueberries. In order to prepare a short dough, we need 400 grams of wheat flour, 1 egg, 50 grams of fatty sour cream, 1 packet of butter (if butter is replaced by another, not creamy), a glass of sugar, vanillin, a batch of baking powder or a vinegar soda. We'll have a cake open, so we'll have a little test, do not worry. Egg whisk with sour cream and sugar, add vanillin, softened butter and mix everything. Mix flour and baking powder and add to the egg mass in small portions. Knead a steep dough. Then we remove it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to freeze.

For the filling, we need 400 grams of fresh blueberries and half a cup of sugar. Sugar and blueberries are turned into berry puree with a blender. It turns out a beautiful purple mass. To ensure that the filling does not flow, I recommend adding to the blueberry sauce 2 spoons of manga or potato starch.

The dough is removed from the refrigerator and rolled out a layer of it. We put the dough in a round form, oiled, and form the sides. We spread the bilberry filling from above, cover it with the edges of the dough. Pie in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then let the cooked pie cool down and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. If you did not find blueberries, you can use blueberry jam or jam, it's also very tasty. As an experiment, I tried to mix blueberry puree with a small amount of cottage cheese - it turned out a sand pie with amazing curd cheese and bilberry filling.
