It contains only the minimum of ingredients, namely 300 g of cottage cheese, 450 g of sour cream, 20 g of gelatin, 2 tablespoons of sugar or powdered sugar and a ready-made biscuit cake. This can be both a purchased cake, and self-baked in advance.

First, pour gelatin with warm boiled water and leave for 40 minutes to insist. During this time, you need to prepare a curd-sour mixture. To make the finished cake tender and without curds of cottage cheese, it must first be wiped through a sieve. Then add sour cream and sugar to the wiped cottage cheese, mix with a mixer in a homogeneous mass.

By this time gelatin should already be swollen. Now it is put on a weak fire and constantly stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Then it is poured into the bulk and mixed again. Most recipes use just such a cream cheese mass, only the basis for the cake and various flavor additives change.

At the bottom of the form put the finished biscuit cake, top spread sour cream and curd mixture, level and clean for several hours in the refrigerator. Then pull out and remove from the mold. Then you can do jewelry, but in fact, the cake is baked without baking.

This recipe can be significantly varied by simply adding to the curd mass pieces of fruit or berries. The cottage cheese cake with cherry is very popular, however any filler can be chosen.

On the basis of the same recipe, you can prepare a blueberry curd cake without baking. The peculiarity of this cake in its appearance is that it is striped. Differences in the preparation process begin after the cottage cheese is ready. It must be divided in two, one part must be one quarter less than the other. To a smaller part add the mashed blueberry berries. As a result, both parts should be the same.

Then the curd cream is spread over the finished cake, alternating with different colors: a few spoons of white, a few spoons of bilberry. As a result, several multi-colored circles should turn out. To make the cake look more attractive, from the center to the edge it is necessary to draw a thin rod several times along the radii at equal distances from each other.

As a basis, you can also use shortbread cookies. For example, one recipe suggests using a rectangular shape. A small amount of mass is laid out, a layer of whole biscuits is laid on top, then again the curd mass, again the biscuit and so on to the edge of the mold. The last layer should be made from cookies. From other options this cake is different in that after hardening it needs to be turned over.

It turns out such a nice pole, which can be painted, for example chocolate icing. And you can crumble shortbread cookies and mix with butter and so freeze.
