Easy recipe for a hurry

But there is a fairly simple way to prepare a salad with squid and Korean carrots, which, in taste and favor, does not yield to sophisticated culinary delights. This will require:

  • Fresh squid carcass weighing 400 grams;
  • 4 regular carrots;
  • 1 packet of spices (for Korean carrots);
  • A little salt;
  • 10 grams of sugar;
  • 35 grams of olive oil;
  • 15 grams of 9% vinegar.

Everything begins with the preparation of products:

  1. With the squid carcass peel off the skin, and then extract all the insides. Only meat should remain. Peel the pulp in a saucepan with boiling water. Once the water boils again, wait a couple of minutes and immediately remove the cooked squid. He himself will reach the state of readiness, while it will cool down.
  2. Cool the pulp with thin shavings.
  3. Carrots clean and grate on a special grater (in shops full of appliances for making Korean carrots). Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Combine both products and let the prepared dish brew.

Salad with squid and Korean carrots are rather spicy and tender enough.

Alternative method

For those who love more spicy dishes, salad with squid and Korean carrots can be prepared somewhat differently. The principle remains the same, but the set of initial products varies somewhat:

  • 600 grams of squid;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 large carrots;
  • Mixture of ground pepper (black and red);
  • salt;
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
  • sugar;
  • Any vegetable oil;
  • A teaspoon of 70% vinegar.

The cooking process is similar to the previous one:

  1. Peeled squid boil 3 minutes in boiling water, and then grind in the form of straw. Pour them with soy sauce and leave for half an hour.
  2. Carrots rub in the form of Korean straws and add to it vinegar, sugar and salt.
  3. Shredded onions with half rings, fry a little in oil.
  4. Garlic let through a special press.
  5. Collect all the products in a deep bowl (including still hot onions), mix and leave for 3 hours.

If you can not wait long, you can eat the ready dish, without waiting for the time. This salad will not get any worse.

If the guests are on the doorstep

If time is short, then squid with carrots in Korean can be cooked even easier. This does not mean that the dish will turn out wrong or not tasty. Just in the recipe you need to leave only the most important products: on 5 small squid carcasses take 4 medium carrots and packing refueling (for Korean carrots).

Cooking method:

  1. Remove peel from squid, and boil the whole meat in salt water. After 3 minutes, discard it in a colander and rinse it under the tap. Cut chilled carcass in the form of shavings or straws.
  2. Also clean the carrots with shavings. To do this, you can use a food processor with a special nozzle or do it manually.
  3. Mix the ingredients in a separate bowl and send the dish to the fridge.

A few hours later squid with carrots in Korean put in a salad bowl and serve as a snack. To such a sharp additive, a baked chicken or fried prawns is perfect.

Original Mix

As you know, the Korean carrot with squid (recipe) is perfectly combined. And if you maximize the variety of products, you can get a rather original salad. It will only be necessary:

  • 300 grams of squid;
  • 1 avocado;
  • 4 tablespoons of rice boiled;
  • 150 grams of iceberg salad;
  • 1 onion;
  • 100 grams of ready-made Korean carrots;
  • soy sauce;
  • Mayonnaise (or vegetable oil).

And for marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons 9% vinegar;
  • A teaspoon of salt;
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of sugar;
  • A little pepper ground.

The dish is prepared as follows:

  1. Cut onions in half rings and pour hot marinade. After 5 minutes, the liquid can be drained.
  2. Squid boil, cool, and then cut into thin strips (or rings).
  3. Carrots finely chopped or grated.
  4. Boiled rice should be slightly damp.
  5. Salad to break with hands.
  6. Avocado carefully cleaned, remove the stone, and the pulp can be grinded arbitrarily.
  7. Prepared food is collected in a separate bowl, pour mayonnaise (or butter) and mix.

The dish is wonderful even for a festive table.

Recipe for every day

It has already become customary to see a salad with squid on the table. Step by step it is quite simple. It is only necessary to clearly carry out each stage, and the desired final result will be guaranteed. Take, for example, a salad of fresh vegetables and canned squid. Products in this case need the simplest:

  • 300 grams of white cabbage;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 can of squid canned;
  • Greens (dill, onion and parsley);
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • Vegetable oil (or mayonnaise).

The secret of cooking:

  1. Cabbage thinly chopped, add salt and a little bit of crumpled by hand.
  2. Tomatoes with cucumbers to wash and cut arbitrarily (as you like).
  3. Squid extract from a jar and cut into strips as thin as possible. Brine here is not useful, so it can be poured.
  4. Cut the greens with a knife. Do not need to cut very finely.
  5. Put everything in a bowl and season with mayonnaise.

If you make a salad with butter, then you can add a little more juice of lemon or apple cider vinegar.
