Rules of trade in certain types of goods

The development of the Sales Rules was carried out taking into account the law regulating the protection of consumer law and "buyer-seller" relations. The rules of trade in certain types of goods are designed to specify the norms of those laws that concern them. This need is caused by the peculiarities, consumer qualities and properties of the goods included in a separate group, as well as the methods and duration of their storage.

The rules of trade for certain types of goods include twenty sections. The first section highlights general provisions. One of the points explains the issue of control over compliance with the rules. The remaining sections included in the rules of trade for certain types of goods reflect the topic of preparing them for sale, the scope and content of this work, as well as informative questions about the goods. Thus, they can find information and explanations for it on the specifics of the sale:

- food, knitted, sewing, textile and fur goods;

- Automobile, trailed and motorcycle equipment, numbered machines;

- jewelry (from precious stones and metals) products;

- drugs and medical and medical products;

- animals and plant species;

- goods belonging to the class "household chemicals", chemicals (for agrocomplexes) and pesticides;

- copies of video and audio works, including phonograms;

- Arsenal of weapons;

- building products and materials;

- furniture;

- alcohol;

- the goods of the non-food group that were in use;

- non-periodical publications.

In this matter, the rules of trade in non-food goods used previously (used in the past) should be discussed in detail.

  1. The implementation of trade is allowed in the coordination of activities with institutions of the State Sanitary Inspection. It is necessary to organize specialized points (sections, divisions).
  2. The admission of the goods for sale is permitted when passing training, including inspection, sorting by the level of wear, types, quality, equipment and performance of products. Should be carried out (if necessary) washing (dry cleaning) and ironing.

In this case, the rules of trade in certain types of goods provide for the sale of sanitary goods under the supervision of a hygienic (sanitary) examination.

  1. Prohibited sale of previously used hygiene products, perfumery and cosmetic products, goods belonging to the class "household chemicals", various types of underwear, goods intended for newborns, disposable dishes, gas aggregates that do not have surveys, animal skins without marking.
  2. Information on the conduct of anti-epidemic (sanitary) measures is indicated in the information on the product.
  3. The rules of trade in certain types of goods oblige to indicate information (characteristics) about the product on its label.
  4. Purchased previously used goods (possessing the appropriate quality) are not subject to return or exchange.

A separate clause explains the rules of alcohol trade. As you know, they were tightened. It touched and beer, equal to the new rules for a class of alcoholic beverages of high fortress. In addition, some food group products also belong to the class of alcohol (alcohol-containing) products. As for the retail sale of beer and beverages on its basis, a license is required for these purposes. At the same time, restrictions on places and time are set on alcohol trade. Legislation introduced responsibility (administrative and criminal nature) for the sale of alcohol (alcohol-containing beverages) to children and non-compliance with the rules.
