Rosehip or wild rose is not only a beautiful variety of roses, but also a plant, the fruits of which are rich in many useful substances.

Nevertheless, to cook it at home is not only possible, but also quite easy. To do this, one part of fresh fruit should be poured in pottery with three parts of pure olive oil, although if it is not at hand, it can be replaced with sunflower oil, however, the oil will have a slight smell of sunflower seeds.

Then the pottery should be covered tightly and left for ten days, then put it on the fire and simmer the mixture for about 15 minutes, then the resulting mass to cool, strain and pour into bottles.

Hips oil is a dark brown oily liquid. It has no toxic properties, and if vitamin E is added, the oil can be stored for up to two years.
