All his youth he spent there, constantly developing his talent and demonstrating what he is capable of attacking. Already in the season 2001/2002, when Ciprianu was 16 years old, the athlete was first summoned to the adult team and held two matches for her. The following year, the player was periodically on the replacement and appeared on the field 14 times, already then having scored his first goal for the club. Marika Ciprian is a great talent of her time. In 2003, scouts of other clubs started looking at him, so in his native team he spent only half of the season playing in sixteen matches and scoring six goals. Already in the winter of 2004 young talent went to Shakhtar Donetsk, which paid him five million euros. There, the athlete finished the ending of the season, going to the field in 15 games and scoring 4 goals.

For four years, Marika spent in the camp of "swabs", playing 132 games and scoring 30 goals, which drew the attention of one of the strongest clubs in Germany - "Schalke". As the Gelsenkirchen club showed interest in him, Chiprian did not extend the current agreement with Stuttgart and in the summer of 2013, as a free agent, moved to Schalke. There, the player played for two years, but could not get to the proper level: in 52 games, he scored only 9 goals. As a result, the club did not renew his contract with him, and in the summer of 2013, Marika was left without work for the first time.

Only by the end of September the athlete was able to agree on a short-term agreement with the Spanish "Getafe", for which he spent one year, scoring seven goals in 29 matches. The following summer the football player moved to Turkish "Konyaspor" for free, for which he spent only eight matches, scoring two goals. Ciprian wanted to stay for a season, went on the field one more time, but in October the contract with him was torn by mutual consent, the reasons for this were not disclosed.

As a result, Marika remained without a club until the winter transfer window, and then signed a six-year contract with the Romanian Steaua. There the athlete played nine games, scored no goals, impressed the management and in the summer of 2016 again remained without work. But this time the club could not find itself, and as of October 2016, it still did not sign an agreement with any of the teams.
