Recipe for "Zrazy potato" - everyone will like it

To prepare delicious pies, called "zrazy", it is best to use a meat filling. Sometimes they use mushroom stuffing, it's also very tasty. I would like to offer you a very original recipe - zrazy potato. For the filling you can use a meat or mushroom filling. First you need to cook eight pieces of washed and peeled potatoes. As soon as the water boils, add salt and continue to cook the potatoes until it is easily pierced with a knife. Then drain the water and pour the potatoes, pepper it to taste and if necessary, then a little salt. Add two beaten eggs and 3 tbsp. Flour.

For mushroom filling, wash and chop the mushrooms. Fry them in sunflower oil, the frying pan should be heated. At the end of the frying, add a finely chopped onion and fry all together for a couple of minutes.

Meat filling is made of minced meat with the addition of fried on vegetable oil, cut into small cubes of onions. Salt and pepper stuffing.

Using such a recipe, zrazy potatoes are juicy and lush. After you have kneaded the potato dough, blind the balls and make each ball in the form of a pancake. In the center, put stuffing and glue pancakes, forming cutlets. Each sprig roll in flour and fry in a heated frying pan with sunflower oil. Very delicious potato zrazes are obtained.

And now let's try to make zrazy, using the recipe "Zrazy potato", but without adding flour. You need to clean the washed ten potatoes and cook them in salted water, according to your taste, until it is ready. Make potatoes puree, mash the potatoes and cool, having drained all the water in which potatoes were cooked before. Two onions cut as small as possible and pass on the sunflower oil until the onion is cooked. As soon as it becomes golden, remove the pan from the fire. Mix half of onions with potatoes. Add there two well-beaten chicken eggs. Mix again. Form from the resulting potato slices and place a filling in the middle of each circle.

To make a mushroom filling fry in vegetable oil two hundred grams of fresh champignons, cut into small cubes. Mix the fried mushrooms with the remaining fried onions. Our stuffing is ready.

Wrap the filling in a flat cake, forming zrazy. Roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides to a crusty crust.

Using this recipe, zrazy potato must be poured cold sour cream before serving.

So, for example, a very delicious and juicy dish is produced "Zrazy potato with chicken". Let's try to cook them together. Mine and clean six potatoes, boil them in salted water until ready and mash. After the mashed potatoes have cooled, add two beaten eggs and three tablespoons of flour to it. All mix.

For the filling we boil three hundred grams of chicken. Cut the chicken meat into smaller pieces and add the onion, fried in sunflower oil, finely chopped.

Now we put some potato dough in flour. In the middle of the flat cake we spread the filling and form zrazy. We pour them in flour and send them to a heated frying pan with sunflower oil to fry. Each side of the zrazy should blush. Serve zrazy to the table with greens and sour cream.
