So, in order to make a tasty and satisfying oriental dish in a hurry, it is necessary:

  • Chicken fillet chilled - about 500 g;
  • Fresh carrots are not very large - 1 pc .;
  • Onion bulb - 1 head;
  • Noodles harusame - several sachets (at your discretion);
  • Canned beans (in tomato paste) - 400 g;
  • Vegetable oil - use for frying;
  • Soy sauce - according to your taste;
  • Salt, seasoning Thai, hot pepper - to your liking.

The process of cooking goulash

Goulash made from chicken fillet is prepared easily and simply. First you need to thoroughly wash the meat, then cut off all the inedible elements from it and chop the medium cubes. Then you need to start processing vegetables.

Fresh carrots and onions are cleaned, and then shredded with not very large cubes.

After the preparation of the main components, they begin to heat them. For this purpose, the vegetable oil is very strongly heated in the saucepan. In it lay the pieces of fillet and carefully fry for three minutes.

After reducing the heat, add the onions and carrots to the dishes. After mixing the ingredients, they are cooked for about 10 minutes. In this case, all components are constantly interfered with the spoon.

As soon as the chicken and vegetables become a little soft, they add salt, Thai seasoning and hot pepper. Also, the ingredients are laid canned beans in tomato paste. After mixing the components, they are extinguished under the lid for about ¼ hour. During this time, all products must be fully prepared.

Before turning off the plate, add soy sauce to the fragrant goulash. He will give the dinner a special taste.

Noodles harusame: how to cook?

Before boiling the Japanese pasta product, it is taken out of the package, laid in a deep dish and poured cold water. After a while, the noodles are discarded in a colander, then sent to boiling and slightly salted water. In this form, the harusame is boiled for three minutes.

The final stage

As soon as the Japanese glass noodles become soft, it is again discarded in a colander. Having deprived a pasta of all moisture, it is spread to a pre-cooked goulash and carefully hindered.

We serve for dinner

A ready-made dish of chicken and noodles of harusame should be presented for dinner in a warm form. Use it preferably without bread, but with fresh vegetables and herbs.
