Beef steak

Cooked steak will not leave anyone indifferent, especially if it is from beef. It is prepared easily, but the result exceeds all expectations.

In order to prepare a beef steak, you will need:

260 g of beef tenderloin, 10 g of smoked bacon, tomato, bell pepper, 50 grams of courgettes, 20 g of mushrooms, sunflower oil, 10 ml of soy sauce, a pinch of starch, oregano, spices and salt.

Defrosted (but better - chilled) beef tenderloin should be cut into several thick enough pieces across the fibers, based on the desired number of servings. Then we need to take one of the pieces, place it with one end on the cutting board, and press the palm over, flattening the steak a little so that the thickness of the resulting piece is not less than 3 centimeters. It is not necessary to use any axes, hammers and other familiar auxiliary tools of Russian housewives! Everything should be done only with their own hands.

After that, it is necessary to pepper, salt, cover the future beef steak with vegetable oil, lay on a cast-iron hot-frying pan with a corrugated bottom. Fry them on both sides for about 3 or 4 minutes from each side, and then put our prepared steaks in the oven (at a temperature of 200 C).

Some chefs like to use fashionable foreign words such as "blue", "medium", "re", "dal", etc., however, if you are interested in how to cook a beef steak, then know what this means Solely the degree of roasting our steak, namely: "raw", "with blood", "half-baked", "well-fried", "normal", "overcooked".

While the meat is baked in the oven, you can do the garnish, for which we need a slice of zucchini, sweet Bulgarian pepper and tomato. Zucchini and tomato can be fried on a corrugated frying pan, and the Bulgarian pepper, cut randomly into pieces, should be fried in a simple sauté pan or in a skillet, with a small amount of sunflower oil. Then we should just bring our vegetables to the full readiness in the oven.

Then take out the almost ready beef steak from the oven, wrap it with slices of pink tender strip of smoked bacon and again send the dish back to the oven for 5 to 6 minutes. At this time, we begin to make the sauce. In the sauté pan we put fried mushrooms, which must be filled with soy sauce, sprinkled with oregano, diluted with plain water and put on a stove. The sauce should be allowed to boil a little, then pour in it potato starch, diluted with a small amount of cold water. You can see how the sauce will thicken in seconds. Soon we need to remove it from the tiles, get a steak from the oven and proceed to the final part - the design of our culinary masterpiece. Everything will depend on your imagination and taste.

There is still such an option for cooking steaks.

To prepare this dish is used very fresh beef from the "intercostal" part - only in this case we can cook a good dish.

So, we're making a beef steak in a frying pan.

You will need:

800 g of steamed tenderloin, 50 g of butter, black pepper, salt.

Beef fillets should be cut into 3-4 steaks in 4 cm thick. Frying pan should be heated on very strong fire and melt the oil on it. Steaks salted and pepper on one side, put on the frying pan this side. After this, you must also salt and pepper the other side and turn the meat.

The time of frying will depend on exactly what degree of "friedness" you like meat. That the steaks turned out:

  • Slightly roasted outside and almost damp inside - fry 2-3 minutes each side;
  • That was more "toasted" outside, and inside pink - this is for 4 minutes;
  • To get a fried crust from the outside, but inside the meat was not moist - it's about 5 minutes each side.

Our beef steak is ready - you can serve it to the table.
