Raffaello sweets prepared at home

So let's try to make Raffaello sweets at home.

Several recipes have already been invented, in which you can make your own Raffaello sweets in the conditions of your native kitchen. We now analyze the one that allows you to get the most close to the original taste.

So, you will need:

  • 1 tile of white chocolate;
  • 60 ml cream, fat content not less than 33%;
  • 25 g of butter;
  • 75 g of coconut chips;
  • Whole nuts of almonds;
  • A little salt.
  1. Chop the chocolate with the cream and heat the mixture on a water bath (you can in the microwave). Wait until the chocolate is dissolved, and let the cream boil.
  2. Cool to room temperature, add butter and 3-4 tablespoons of coconut chips.
  3. Stir everything and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. To make the Raffaello sweets come out, the mixture should freeze well.
  4. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator with a mixer, so it becomes airy and a little bit thicker. You can start modeling.
  5. Take almonds, two teaspoons and coconut shavings, pre-cleaned and fried until crisp. Sprinkle the saucer with the shavings. Using one teaspoon, draw a white cream, with the help of the second - throw it on the shavings. Put almond nut in the cream and shape the ball again with the help of spoons. Roll the ball in coconut shavings.

Do not try to make large sweets. Small ones are much more convenient.

That's all, homemade Raffaello sweets ready! Their only difference from the original is that around the core of almonds and cream there is no wafer ball. But this does not affect the taste in any way, only the candies turn out to be slightly less crispy.

This treat can become a hit of the festive table. But if you are going to present sweets as a gift, it is better to take the original sweets in wrappers. And to make the gift look more spectacular, make a bouquet of Raffaello sweets.

To produce it, you will need floristic wire, corrugated paper, wrapping cellophane, tape, glue gun and a bit of your imagination. You can add to the bouquet other sweets, for example, wrapped in foil chocolate hearts.

Take the "Raffaello" in transparent plastic wraps. Slightly tear the wrap on one side, apply hot melt and insert the tip of the wire. Wrap the candy with a rectangle of corrugated paper, give it a "bell" shape and, if necessary, also fix with glue. Then wrap the cellophane, laying it around the bud with wide folds. Tie on top with a ribbon.

Collect the bouquet from individual "flowers", adding a little empty for the splendor between the flowers with the edible core. Wrap the bouquet with corrugated paper and cellophane, tightly bandaged with tape. The gift is ready.
