Proteins will need to be shaken, and in order to do it faster, remove them from the refrigerator in advance and put them in hot water for 3-4 minutes. When the eggs are at room temperature, they beat up much faster. If using a blender, follow the instructions below. First, beat for 30 seconds at the lowest speed until the first bubbles appear. Then immediately go to the fastest mode, drip a little lemon juice in squirrels and whisk in a steep lush foam. When you try to turn the bowl and the squirrels do not pour out, it means they are whipped quite well. They can be cleaned in the refrigerator.

Now you can whip the yolks with sugar. Add to them in turn cottage cheese and sour cream (instead of it you can take yogurt or kefir). Mix these ingredients well until smooth. Mix soda and salt with flour. Put here a cottage cheese mass. Now it is also better to take a mixer and mix the dough again to homogeneity.

If you prefer to add mango to cottage cheese pie , then mix it with the rest of the test at this stage. However, there is a little secret - pre-pour the mango (about a third cup) of milk, and put it in the dough, when the milk is completely absorbed, and the croup swells. You can take the proteins out of the refrigerator. A third of them immediately add to the dough and mix with whisk, then put the remaining proteins and mix the dough. Immediately when it becomes completely homogeneous, move it to the shape, trying not to shake it. Now put the future cake in the oven.

Another secret is to put a bowl of hot water on the bottom of the oven. Then the pie (or patties) will be higher, more magnificent and more gentle. For an hour, do not open the oven (temperature - 175 degrees). After an hour, carefully take out the cake and look. If the middle of the pie is a little shaky and dense enough to touch, then the cake is ready. If it is not yet ready - continue to bake. To top not burnt, you can cover it with foil. But even if the curd is ready, leave it in the switched off oven for half an hour (no less). There is a possibility when it will completely cool down or at least be slightly warm. So it will taste better.

Another simple recipe. Now we will talk about how to prepare a simple cake with cottage cheese, which will turn out to be tender and crumbly. Portion is large enough, so you can reduce the number of ingredients if the number of consumers is small.

So, for the test, you need a packet of margarine, three glasses of flour, two eggs, half a cup of sugar, a teaspoon of soda. For the filling: one kilogram of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, sugar, 3 tablespoons of starch. Stir all the ingredients of the dough, make them dense balls. Put these balls in the freezer for about two hours - until freezing. For convenience, make small balls - so they quickly freeze, and you can continue cooking. Make the filling by simply mixing all of its ingredients. Frozen balls one by one take out of the freezer and rub on grater (on the one on which tinder is usually rubbed) directly into the mold, pre-lubricated with oil. When the whole balls remain half, evenly distribute the batter over the form and put the filling on it. Top with the rest of the batter.

And now - the actual fast pie with cottage cheese. Take a five-percent curd - three packs of 200 grams, one egg, 10 grams of peanut butter, raisins. Mix everything, put a piece of butter in the frying pan and spread the dough over it. Duration of baking - about 20 minutes under the lid.
