First of all, this is the desire to communicate with people, developed communication skills and a good understanding of others. Such human qualities as high ability to empathy, responsiveness, benevolence, tolerance and ability to resolve conflicts are welcomed.

An individual with these qualities can safely consider the profession of "man-man" for himself.
