Passage "Some of us" ("Remaining behind", "University", "Hotel")

The game "Some of us" has become a huge breakthrough in the gaming industry. The vast majority of positive reviews can not be better characterize this game. But what distinguishes it from other similar projects? After all, the game did not offer users anything fundamentally new: the apocalyptic plot is banal, and the gameplay boils down to the usual skirmishes and the destruction of monsters. But this is not for us to decide. Now we begin to describe the passage of the game "Some of Us" in Russian for those who are not able to buy a console for the sake of one game, and those who have not been able to master the independent path through the dead world.

Prologue

The game starts trite. Our attention is shown to the usual average family. Playing for the daughter (Sarah), carefully examine the house. Read the card from the TV, the newspaper on the table and look at the report, and then through the window. After that, go to the father's office and watch the movie.

Now you are in control of your father (Joel). When you get into Tommy's car, you're heading out of town, but you're in an accident. Take the daughter in your arms and follow your brother. On his decree, turn into the alley, and through it go to the bar. Tommy will stay to stop the infected, and you'll go through the back door further. Run into the alley, lit by a lamp, and then without stopping we run along the path. At this moment, you will have a fateful meeting ...

Part 1-3

Finally, we begin to play for real. The main story of the game begins 20 years after the death of Sarah (oh, our character is almost 50).

Passage "Some of us" - part 1: "Quarantine zone".

At this stage, problems should not arise. We follow our partner Tess. Before us is the task - to find a certain Robert, who prevents doing "business." Climbing a white car on the stairs, we get into the building. On the ground floor everything is filled with arguments, and our character will wear a gas mask. In the room, turn right and slide through the opening in the wall. On the way, do not forget to check the body for the presence of cartridges. We make a control shot in the head. We move on. Creeping to the first of the infected and choke it. Remaining left to the left, after turning off the flashlight. We get out.

The second part is not particularly different. You find yourself on the market and find out that Robert is hiding in the docks at the shipyard. We run, shoot, we fight. If possible, save ammunition. In order to pass the gate, we put Tess on the left wall. Another massacre. We are moving along the warehouse. Kill enemies secretly. A close room is suitable for this as well as possible. We find Robert. First he will shoot back, and then try to escape. After a series of dialogues, we again have to follow our companion. At the bridge we turn left. Now we rise and enter the building on the left. Bypassing the enemy, we're suffocating. We pass the corridor completely to the last room and there we go through the last window. Killing enemies, we go down under the bridge.

And here's the next part. We learn that smuggling, which must be delivered to the Capitol, is a small girl named Ellie. While we work alone, we must be more careful. We leave the building and go left to the fence. Along it, then right to the alley. We push the garbage can and climb up to the apartment. Here we wait for Tess. After that, we leave through the breach in the wall. We go in a straight line, we will not get lost. Start the generator (the slider at the bottom of the scale). We pass further and reflect the attack. After scanning, it turns out that Ellie has been infected for 3 weeks already.

Part 4

After such a "sudden" turn of the plot, the passage "One of Us" begins to get complicated. To get to the place we need, we'll have to go through "Zagradotryad". Follow Tess to the nearest patrol. Then we move to the left and start moving along the wall, not forgetting to follow the lanterns at the top. We move along the shelters until the next encounter with the enemy in the building. When he turns away, neutralize. Running from cover to shelter, do not forget to bend over. Extra hassles to us to anything. We reach the lattice and break it.

Again we follow Tess. This is already so common that there should be no difficulties. In general, the passage of "One of Us" is more like a novel. You involuntarily follow the linear plot, and do not create it yourself. After a collision with a clickie in a room with a bunch of doors, we spend knives with a quiet conscience. All of them will pay off. In process of passage we do not forget to help the partner. After she distracts the click-button, throw the bottle in the opposite direction.

Picking up a revolver and a piece of pipe, we begin to kill. We creep to all enemies and cut down. Getting out, looking for a truck. Near it we turn left into the next building. We kill opponents and drag the commode to the truck. After simple actions again we run inside. Do not forget to modify the weapon at the bench. Go ahead. We kill the runner with Molotov cocktail, at the same time the clicker will come running, which also will burn. We run further, fighting off the enemies. We leave on the roof and take the board, which we put between the buildings. Having reached the Capitol, we find out that the connected is dead. Tess is infected and remains to cover us. Joel and Ellie go to Bill to take the car from him and get to Tommy.

We go outside, get down into the subway, hiding from the machine gun. We pass through the cars. To cross the river, we go swimming. We find a raft and transport Elli.

Part 5-7

After talking with our ward again set off. The passage of "One of Us" is transferred to the conditions of wild nature. Moving through the forest, we go out to the tower. To climb over the wall, we find a small shed, drag the board onto it and throw it on the wall. We go further along the road. In the alley on the left, a click-to-go will meet us, but it will explode on the trap. We climb up the stairs to the truck, from it to the next fire escape, not forgetting to take the board with them. We stack it between buildings. After we go down again, we move carefully, creeping under the stretches. Go ahead. When we fall into a trap, you can not save ammunition. After a while, help will come in the form of Bill.

Part 6 is fully allocated to the search for spare parts for cars. We run for Bill, while not forgetting to search the area. We reach the school. Here we use the tactics of the scorched earth. We throw bottles, and when infected gather in a crowd, we burn them with "hammers". In the battle with the boss, the first thing we do is take out a small thing - runners.

The seventh part is very short. After getting out of school, we get to the refuge of Frank - Bill's partner. We find that hung, but there is a car with a charged battery. We push the car out, along the way fighting off the enemies. Say goodbye to Bill and "leave for the sunset."

Part 8-10

Most of the way our heroes manage to spend in the car, however, before reaching the city, we encounter a problem - a huge traffic jam on the freeway. The hero is turned to the right and ambushed by bandits. After we kill them all, we get out. Hiding behind the cars, we go around the hunters. We pass by the checkpoint via the bus. If you do not want to get involved in another slaughter, the walkthrough of the game "One of Us" (an updated version) will allow you to hide in the building on the right, otherwise you will first have to clear the street and then the building on the floors. On the flooded territory, we once again get to the raft alone and we transport Elli to the bus. From there we get to the cafe, and there, using the board, we move to the hotel.

One of the most difficult parts that will throw us the passage of "Some of us" - "Hotel" (hotel). Search the location. We move the stairs to the wall, above which there are no handrails. On the right you will find the code from the safe from the first floor. We rise to the second floor, from there we get out of the window into the next building. After that, we rise higher and higher. We open the elevator. Ellie climbs up and you fall into the water. The location is empty. To open the door, look for a pass and run the generator.

On this passage, "One of Us" ("Hotel") does not end. We reach the kitchen on the direct corridor. At the right wall we establish a ladder and we climb upward. They'll throw us out of there. After a short struggle, Ellie will arrive and commit the first murder in her life. We rise, we reach the restaurant. There we push the piano and again we climb upwards. Then Joel will finally listen to the voice of reason and hand Ellie a rifle. To destroy all the enemies from the outside, we try to entice them into the open space under the bombardment of Ellie. The girls have endless patrons, unlike the player.

Parts 11-13

We move through the city, killing the hunters along the way. Survivors who raised a riot in the city were able to acquire a jeep with an automatic turret. Now we have to hide from him. In one of the buildings we find another group of "refugees" - these are Henry and Sam. We follow Henry in their shelter, incidentally shooting back from the mutants and hiding from the turret. To get out of the city, we will have to attack the checkpoint at night, when the guards will be less.

Passage of the game "Some of us" (part 12) will begin with the fact that you and Henry are removing the first two guards. You get the one on the left. After that, hiding from the searchlight, we go to the generator, kill the guard and turn off the power. In total darkness, we kill those who come down to us. After that, open the gate. We put all three up, but the staircase breaks. Henry and Sam leave us, and Ellie descends. We go into the building and clean it from enemies. We run straight and find ourselves in a dead end. We jump into the water.

What will the "One of Us" game (part 13) give us? And it prepares us for the next meeting with Henry and Sam, when our hero emerges from the river to the shore. Joel pities and does not kill Henry who betrayed them. And not in vain. Heroes find their way through the sewers. At the fork, go first to the right. We return to the "friends". In the zone with water we swim to the far end and repair the bitten mechanism. Henry opens the gate, and we, swim to the end, throw off the raft and deliver to her Ellie, which repairs the generator. Henry comes with his brother and helps us to climb up.

Sniper

So you can title the passage of the game "One of Us" (part 14). After getting out of the sewer, we fall into a trap. The group is separated. Playing for Joel, we fight off the enemies and get to the rest. We follow Henry.

Having reached one of the streets, we find out that it is controlled by a sniper. We go on the left side. Here you can meet hunters, but the sniper will be more difficult to get. After reaching the building, we kill the sniper and take the rifle. With her help we help our group. When the armored car already known to us arrives, we kill the person who will throw Molotov cocktails. We are waiting for a little more and see that the noise from the explosion runs down infected. We fire them and leave.

Then follows another series of dialogues and screen savers. Sam turns out to be infected, and Henry makes a hard decision to kill his brother, and then commits suicide.

Part 15-16

Here you could write: "After some time." Passage of the game "Some of us" (part 15) is held at the hydroelectric station. In the yard is autumn, and our heroes continue to look for Tommy. Near the car we find a good pistol with optics. With the help of dialogues we learn some features of the relationship between Tommy and Joel. At the dam we rotate the valve, due to which one of the doors opens. We dive under the water and release the raft for Ellie, move on. And, finally, we reach the gate of the factory, where we meet Tommy. We are waiting for a series of conversations, and then a fraternal "reconciliation", during which we save Ellie and his brother's wife from bandits. But not everything is so simple.

Instead of going with Tommy to the Cicadas, Ellie escapes on a horse, and the brothers go on her trail. After ambush, we deal with the bandits and go to the horses. They jump to the ranch, where Ellie is hiding on the second floor. After the dialogue, we fight off the bandits and without Tommy we go to the Cicadas laboratory. On this you can finish the passage of the game "Some of us" (part 16).

"University"

Another unpleasant moment in the course of the game. Passage of the game "Some of us" (part 17) refers to the University of Colorado. It is with him that many players often have questions. On the territory we move to the center, and from there we climb the stairs, gradually deviating to the left. After walking along the corridor, we beat out the grate. We crawl into the room, in which we find a flamethrower and an electric board. It shows that the generator should be on the second floor. We go up, turn on the generator and return. Opening the gate, we run to the center of the territory and turn left. There, after running through the building, we find the next locked gate. Passage "One of us" ("University") means that you must enter the building on the right. There you go up to the second floor, go out into the street and push the generator to the wire from the back side of the gate. Turn it on. The path is clear.

We turn into the arch to the left, then to the right and jump over the fence. Near the laboratory at the main entrance we see a garbage container. With its help, you can break the gate and get inside. We inspect an empty building and find two audio recordings, one of them says that everyone has returned to Salt Lake City. Then unknown people appear and open fire to us. We run away in the same way that we came. But Joel breaks off the ledge and falls down. The protruding pin breaks through it, and this ends the passage of "One of Us" ("University").

Part 18-19

Winter came. Passage of "One of Us" (updated version) will force you to play for Ellie. You with a bow hunt animals in the forest. First you kill the hare, and then start chasing the deer. Stay away from him. After two precise hits, he will start to leave you. Follow him, and he will lead you to the huts, where you meet with David and James. They offer to exchange deer carcass for antibiotics. James goes for medicines, and David remains with us. At this moment, mutants attack. Hiding in the building, barricade the windows and shoot back from the monsters. After a while you will have to escape. Follow David. Moving to another part of the building, you will come across the same picture: survive, shooting back from the monsters. Then we will learn the story of David. It turns out that it was because of his people that Joel was in such a position. After the last monster, James will arrive and give us medicines. But not everything is so simple. As soon as Ellie gets to Joel and injects him with drugs, the bandits return. Sit on the horse and jump away to distract attention. When the horse is killed, walk around the hill and go through the house. It is better to eliminate opponents with onions. Get down to the pier, then go along the pipes ahead. We reach the next building, after a short skirmish, we will be seized, and the management will return to Joel.

We get up and leave the house. When the gate opens, we kill three bandits, the rest will flee. We overtake them and straighten out. Then we interrogate the survivors. The next morning we again play for Ellie: after several dialogues we will manage to escape. Bypassing the enemies, we move along a previously known path (the game is linear). In the next room (cafe) David overtakes us. The battle begins. Your task is to crawl on your haunches, creep up to him from the back and beat him with a knife. The main thing - avoid the sites with broken dishes. After 2-3 hits the control will pass to Joel. Bypassing the quiet enemies and removing unnecessary by using a bow, we get to the building where we find Ellie's backpack. We go outside and see the burning building. By the time we get to the girl, she will already beat the leader.

Spring

The next change of the season marks the transition to the next part of the game. We are moving along the motorway, and then we are overtaken by deja vu. Due to the traffic jam, turn right and reach the empty quarantine zone. We climb over the gate and try to get into the building on the left. Then we follow Ellie. In the end, in the tunnel we encounter a large number of infected. After you kill everyone, move to the other side and help climb Ellie. Then again swim. Continue on the right side until the door is closed. Again we move higher, first putting Ellie in. In the next water zone we dive under the water, and at the fork, turn right. We climb up the ventilation pipes and move to the very end. We'll find a raft there.

Carrying the girl across the pond, we climb up the stairs. We lift it and put it to the opposite wall. We climb and raise the ladder to ourselves. We climb even higher. Finally, again pull up the ladder and put it on top of the hole. We begin to jump over the wagons. When you get stuck, Ellie will try to get you out, but it will not work. Having got out of the flooded transport, we float on the surface. There we are already waiting and stunned by people from Cicada.

the end

When you come to, you have a long conversation with Marlin. She will tell you that to make a vaccine against the virus, it is necessary that Ellie died during the operation. Naturally, the future of mankind is not worth the life of one little girl, and we are going to save her. Joel finds out from the guard where the operation is being conducted and kills him. After that we have to pathetically break through the crowds of enemies in the western part of the hospital and save Ellie at the last moment. We carry it in our arms to the elevator. Marlin makes the last inconclusive attempt to stop us.

Addition

After a while, the addition to the game "Some of Us" was released. It narrated about two time intervals in Ellie's life. Passage "One of us: The Remaining Behind" is not so difficult. In one interval you will find out the fate of the relationship between Ellie and her friend, and most of the time you will spend in the shopping center. The second story tells us about how Ellie was looking for antibiotics for the wounded Joel in the same center. You are coming as usual battles with already familiar opponents, so tactical combinations, as a result of which you will incite mutants to bandits. Thus, the passage of "Some of us: Remaining behind" does not need a detailed description. The additional 3 hours of the game are not designed to break the heads of the players, but to broaden the storyline of the original game.
