Products containing magnesium

Any person periodically experiences some ailments. Sometimes it can be sudden dizziness, loss of balance, increased palpitation, or other seemingly insignificant physical and even mental states. Some may take them for the first symptoms of a disease and consult a specialist who, without finding out the cause of the ailment, prescribes a medicine that, in turn, can cause other unpleasant symptoms. But if you try to identify the real reason why suddenly the nails become brittle, or why it is unreasonable (as it seems), often a state of longing, headache and a feeling of chronic fatigue, you can come to the only true conclusion that the body lacks magnesium.

Magnesium is not just a chemical element from Mendeleyev's table. This is one of the most important microelements in the human body, which is part of the bone tissue along with calcium and phosphorus. Also, the content of magnesium in food provides an uninterrupted operation of the heart muscle. Lack of this element in the body can lead to irregular heartbeats and blood pressure, to cramps and muscle spasms, which is why it is important to know which foods containing magnesium need to be on their table.

Often the lack of magnesium in the body develops on the basis of stresses, malnutrition, intense mental activity, exhausting sports training, drinking alcohol and other factors that a person simply does not pay attention to.

That's why it's so important to know which foods contain a lot of magnesium. Undoubtedly, the largest amount of this mineral contains cocoa, but in the process of industrial processing of its grains, cocoa becomes a carcinogenic product, and in large quantities it is not recommended to use it.

Products containing magnesium also include nuts, soybeans, beans, peas and other foliage. But it would not hurt to know that magnesium is contained in these products only if they are fresh. In canned peas, beans, corn, etc. Almost all the mineral is contained in the fill, which is often foolishly simply poured into the sink. In fact, this liquid can be perfectly used for making various sauces, soups and dressings.

Also a large amount of magnesium is contained in poppy seeds. Therefore, a muffin , useless in terms of the content of this trace element , can become very useful if it is well-seasoned with poppy seeds. If the baking is not suitable because of fears to spoil the figure, then it is worth paying attention to such products containing magnesium, as rye or otrubno bread, buckwheat, pearl barley, semolina or millet croquet, watermelon, spinach, oat flakes.

Meat products containing magnesium are, first of all, ham and liver, after which a rabbit, then veal and pork are on the list. The mineral can be contained even in sausages, but only if they are made with the observance of all technologies and rules. To such gastronomic delights it is possible to carry amateur and tea sausage, and also sausages. And lovers of sweets may well be pampered with a good chocolate, because its main composition is cocoa, which, as already known, contains magnesium.

If we talk about how much magnesium should be consumed per day, everything is individual here. But on average, the human body requires at least 300 mg of mineral daily. If there is no possibility or the desire to regularly eat foods containing magnesium, or if the organism needs this useful micronutrient in a shorter period, it is possible to replace products with powder or tablets. Usually, such preparations also contain calcium, which positively affects the skin condition, the quality of the hair and nails.
