For a dish you need to take 600 grams of fish, lemon juice (about a third of a glass), onions, spices and salt, among others. Pike should be properly cleaned and washed. Meanwhile, the onions are cut into thin strips and mixed in a bowl with lemon juice, salt and various spices. In this mixture and send fish pieces. Marinated pike. Recipes with ginger

For one of these recipes you will need pike fillets (about a half a kilogram), lemon, 50 ml of soy sauce, as well as 2 tablespoons of ginger (already grated), 2 cloves of garlic and a little vegetable oil.

Fish fillets are cut into small strips, which are weaved in the form of a pigtail. The ends of the pike can be fixed with toothpicks.

Separately mixed juice of half a lemon, soy sauce, ginger and chopped garlic. The resulting marinade should be poured in a pigtail from the pike and allow it to infuse for about an hour in the refrigerator.
