Talking about how to cook a pig's heart, recipes can be recalled very different. It is used both for preparing various snacks and salads, as well as for hot dishes. Often, the pork heart is used for filling pies, pies and pancakes. In hot form it is more often used stewed, but sometimes there are dishes from roasted by-products. Most often when preparing a product such as a pork heart, recipes presuppose a preliminary cooking. The recommended time is 2 hours. You can weld the heart in ordinary water, but you can season it with your own taste, which, in addition to softness, will give the end product a fragrance.

For example, a very interesting dish that can be consumed both as a salad and as a main dish, complemented with a side dish in the form of mashed potatoes, etc. It will take 3-4 pieces (depending on the size) of the heart, 1 onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, greens, salt, spices. An example of one of the many hot dishes that can be cooked is a pork heart, fried with mushrooms. For its preparation, any mushrooms are suitable. The heart, as well as in the previous recipe, must be pre-welded. Salt can be added both to water during cooking and after it. Depending on the type of mushrooms selected, their pre-cooking may also be required. Champignons and oyster mushrooms do not need it, and the remaining mushrooms should be cooked for about 15 minutes.

All the prepared ingredients are cut into cubes: heart (1 piece), mushrooms (200 grams), tomato (1 piece). 1 onion finely chopped, large chopped greens (basil, parsley). The basic cooking process is simple and takes a minimum of time. First fry the onions a little. Add the heart, salt and, stirring, fry in small heat for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and greens, stir, fry for another 3 minutes. Next, put the mushrooms, take another 5-7 minutes, fill 2-3 st. L. Sour cream, stir. We do not last long for about 1 minute. Add salt to taste. Done! If desired, for a change, you can add garlic during cooking. But this is an amateur. And without that the delicious dish will become more acute.
