Orthograms in the root of the word - fun to play and enjoy studying!

The fact that the orthograms at the root of the word - a topic that many can not master until the end of their days, has long been no secret to anyone. For adults, it is enough to explain: a spelling is the letter in a word, in whose spelling a mistake is possible. In general, the orthograms in the root of the word are divided into two classes.

One class is unverifiable orthograms in the root of the word, that is, the so-called dictionary words, whose spelling is intended for memorization. The other includes several groups and is called - verifiable orthograms in the root of the word. The second group of orthograms includes unstressed vowels, sonorous and deaf (doubtful) consonants, unpronounceable consonants.

The spelling of the mentioned orthograms begins to be studied in primary school, but, unfortunately, not all children like Russian lessons. Therefore, it is not superfluous to offer teachers and parents a few educational games that allow to consolidate these skills.

For example, spelling bingo. For this game, you should make several cards, on which, like the cards of a regular lotto, there is a grid of squares. It is necessary to paint some squares, leaving in each line the same number of free cells. Then it is necessary to write in them "question letters": "a", "o", "e", "and", "c", "z", "t", "d", "k", "g" "B", "p", "g", "sh" and others, respectively.

"Kegs" will be small cards with words, in which the orthograms in the root of the word should be highlighted. The host takes out a small card and reads the word. Players who have a necessary orthogram on the game card raise their hand and name the missed letter. If he turns out to be right, correctly selects a test word or gives the definition of an "unverifiable spelling", he closes the guessed letter. It should be noted that the player closes the letter, the first one giving the correct answer. And the winner, respectively, is the one who closes most quickly all the "questionable" cells. You can also provide prizes for winning: in school it can be marks or points, and at home - sweets or stickers.

The second game can be a "dictionary domino". It is similar to lotto in that on "dominoes" that can be made of cardboard, words are also pasted, in which the most different orthographs in the root of the word are missed. Players must substitute words with the same missed letters to each other, simultaneously calling a test word or saying "dictionary word".

During the lesson, the teacher can perform a quick test of skills with the help of cotton. The whole class or group of students gets up. The teacher explains the task: "We slam" the words with the orthogram "O" in the root. Who slams on "A" - loses and sits down in his place, as well as one who does not slap on "O". We closely follow not only our result, but also other players. Start! "

The teacher calls the words: a small house, a pocket, a crowd, pillars, tables, stand up, catch, and the like. After a few words, you can change the letter and even the spelling check rule. For example, offer to "slap" the letter "Z". Accordingly, the words will be as follows: cart, mow, request, wood, climbed, ointment, laz, pelvis, fold, nose, tray and the like.

Usually, the remaining children are marked with excellent marks after they have checked the spelling skills of all the learned spelling. This exercise, in addition to testing the knowledge of the Russian language, replaces a small fiziminutku, so it can start with the usual exercises. You can replace the claps with jumps or squats. Children really like the various changes in this exercise.

You can organize a competition between the rows, called the "chain". On the board you should write a certain letter for each row. On the table scatter cards with words in which missed orthograms. Children one at a time approach the table and choose the right word. It must be attached under its own letter. As soon as this student is able to cope with his task, he sits down in his place and hands over the baton to the next player.

A number that most likely will cope with the task at hand and does not make any mistakes is considered a winner. It can be noted by the fact that the first patrus of this row exhibits a passing flag of the winner.

And in general - the more playing moments during the study of the Russian language, the more optimal the result of training.
