Original snacks: stuffed lavash
A simple, quick and original snack for the daily and festive table will be stuffed lavash. Use a lavash leaf, mushrooms (dry or fresh), butter, garlic, cheese, melted cheese, mayonnaise, salt. Prepare minced meat from mushrooms. If you use dry, then first, soak them in hot water. Within 20 minutes they must stand up. Then drain and boil the product. After this, finely chop or pass through a meat grinder. Butter should be slightly melted, so that it mixes faster with mushrooms. It should be used a little - about 30-50 grams, depending on the number of servings. Squeeze out the garlic with a garlic clasp or use a blender. Add the resulting mashed potatoes to the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper. Cheese finely grate. Mix with the mushroom mass. Add the mayonnaise to your taste. We stuff the pita bread. Put the stuffing on it and roll a tight roll. Put in the fridge for a while, then gently slice into slices.
Stuffing lavash with trout or salmon
Fish filling is considered one of the most delicious. For this dish you need a lavash leaf, a fresh-salted fish. Use trout, salmon or other red that you like. You will also need a creamy cream cheese (you can take cheese with fish ingredients, for example with trout pieces), butter. So, we stuff lavash. Remove the oil from the refrigerator beforehand. It's easier to work with a melted product. Distribute it with a thin layer of pita bread. Rub the melted cheese on a grater and gently lay over the oil. Slice the salmon into small pieces of cheese. Wrap the pita bread more tightly. Put in the refrigerator. Serve rolls, laying them on lettuce leaves.
Stuffing lavash with meat stuffing
You can make lavash not only a great cold snack, but also a full-fledged second course. Let's make lavash stuffed in the oven. For this, take lavash sheets (count the amount based on one sheet per person), forcemeat (it is better to use beef combined with pork), carrots, lettuce leaves, onions, tomatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, greens. Start cooking this dish with frying onions and carrots in a frying pan. Vegetables should be finely chopped.
